정말 좋았어요! 호텔 디자인도 좋고 조용하고!

처음 도착한 호텔(본관)은 생각보다 괜찮은 곳이었음. 하지만, 물론 제 실수지만, 정작 예약을 한곳이 별관(ANNEX)이었다는 사실을 도착하고 나서 알게 되었고, 별관은 추천하고 싶지 않음.. 음산한 분위기.. 주차장 없음.. 새벽 두시반쯤 에어콘이 고장나 엔지니어를 불러야 했음..스마트폰으로 예약한 상품은 조식이 뷔페가 아닌 세트메뉴상품.. 4인기준으로 예약했음에도 아이들 조식은 불포함.. 더구나 뷔페를 먹으려면 추가 비용을 현장에서 내야했함. 추가비용을 결제하고 조식을 먹었지만.. 필리핀음식이 대부분으로 세트메뉴를 그냥 먹을껄 하는 후회막급.. 모바일을 통해 처음 시도해 보는 예약이었는데.. 역시나 가격이 저렴한 것은 이유가 있는듯..

very nice hotel! with museum and pool inside. enjoyed our stay! highly recommended in vigan. hotel is modern with a twist of history

All in all we had a great stay.

The main hotel is stunning however the rooms at Annex is a bit old especially the carpets. Staff are nice & courteous but has limited knowledge about the history of the hotel and the surrounding sights. Local food items in the restaurant is good however western food items needs improvement. Location is great, very close to Crisologo street.

Great hotel with the exception of a waitress who had problems understanding English.

I booked at the annex but it was already closed when we arrived. The receptionist upgraded our party to the main building which is really nice. The entire Staff are super friendly and courteous.

We had a horrible stay. The whole hotel is infested with rats. First, we found one in your room, which forced us to change room. Then we didn't sleep the whole night because a whole rat family was running inside the ceiling. We checked out the next morning...

The toilet won't flush. We had to use the toilet of the adjacent room.

The service was really good. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is clean and it feels that it’s more than what we paid for.

I like the classic setting of this hotel. The place was nice, the staffs and near in all the tourist spot.

The second floor lobby is very nice. First floor lobby not so great

The character of this hotel is not as modern as the other hotel. It does have the same amenities as the other hotel except that their breakfast was a set breakfast only and not the buffet.

The ambiance of the property, we really like. Shower doors need maintenance

Staff very helpful in helping us to plan our activities, tours and such. The overall experience was wonderful. 👍👍🙏

Stay was good. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Downside was that amenities mostly are all located in Main which can be a hassle. Also, since parking is not immediate to hotel had to wait for them to valet out the car whenever when need it. Again, staff was very eager to help

We booked using expedia and we were surprised to know that our booking is only 1 room instead of 2 rooms. Though it is already booked and paid. We were given a 3rd and 2nd floor room, but surprisingly there is no elevator!? We were appalled by the lobby of hotel luna annex and in the end asked for an upgrade to hotel luna. Good thing there are two rooms that are readily available and we will spend only an additional 1,500 pesos per room per night. Which brings our total hotel stay to 5000 per night with breakfast buffet. A much cheaper deal than expedia or booking.com that asks for 6000 plus per night. We got lucky with our deal, no thanks to expedia :(

Aircon was not working at night and only blowing air. Had to endure no aircon the whole night as no one is available to fix it. Breakfast is included but it is not buffet. Breakfast set options are filipino, American and Continental. if you want to eat like a king for breakfast, forget it. Breakfast is held at the main hotel which means one needs to get out of the hotel and walk 2 blocks to get to Hotel Luna.
