Approachable staff. The air conditioner is cold. The 2 main problems: (1) the water was not working all. The time and (2) the bathroom does not have a door.

The room is not clean.. Bedsheets are dusty with hair strands.. Pillows are not soft.. No chairs... Door locks are not safe...

The hotel is not good! even for just short stay, I would not recommend this hotel. the sheets and floor are dirty. Their comfort room has no door.

Sheets smelled old and very dirty! I don't think they're cleaning and changing it because there were hairs present, yikes! Flooring is dirty. Tv is not working. Our mistake for booking it without checking the reviews because we were rushing to book a hotel since we were already at the city! Never again and I will never recommend this!

very hard to find the signage is very small, the toilet is broken the sliding door is broken no privacy in using toilet no door only the glass partition once you inter the room you call see the person using toilet 😏😏

I arrived at the hotel late. There was only one staff there, he couldn't find my booking but he still showed me to the room considering how late it was. At around 6am, I was woken up by the knock at the door. It was the same staff. He told me that his boss can't find the booking & asked me to go to his office. Mind you, it was 6am & I've never encountered such a situation. I still went in my pyjamas. The boss kept telling me that he received no emails regarding this booking to which I asked him to check his account. Then only he found it. I was so pissed off. Couldn't you check your account before demanding a guest to your office at 6am in the morning? So unprofessional and incompetent.

The hotel is not clean so dusty.

Hopefully next time to come back no more mosquito.

not worth it clogged toilet dirty room, dirty bed, dirty blanket it stinks I just let it be since I am really tired and I will only be staying for a night. the signal is weak too. don't book here. this is far from the airport.

I booked room for 1 night but inside the room is very bad smell, everything is very old and I don't like the toilet here, they don't have door and many mosquito. I will never go back this hotel.

This hotel is disgusting . Low aircon . Damage bathroom . Overall as in zero . Don't book here pls

The place is not safe ! And the beddings are stained, the rooms smells bad and the towel are not clean! Can I asked if I get a refund ? Because I didn't used the room and I checked out as I arrived !

the cr has a big open hole near the toilet bowl where you can see the bed.. it's not good when someone uses the toilet

The aircon was old that's why it was hot the whole night we stayed there. Room is dirty with spider webs

The hotel owner was impolite to us. I booked for four nights and he's having a hard time finding my hotel voucher and was rude.

Same as my last review. Found out though they don't have an airport shuttle. But the mall which is in walking distance has a cab and trike stand. Somebody in another review said something about mosquito in the rooms. the floor level rooms don't have windows but they have screened vents at the top of the door. You might have to check it to see if it has a hole in it. Mine had one where an electrical wire went through so I stuffed it with some tissue. Other than that, no problems with my room.

Location: way far from the airport. The traffic around the area is terrible. Transport to and from the airport through public transportation is extremely difficult and uncomfortable (it takes four rides to get to the airport). Checked a grab and it costs 270 from the hotel to the airport. Place: There were mosquitoes. The comfort room doesn’t have a door but a glass that merely covers it. Therefore, the floor outside the comfort room is always wet. Doesn’t even have a rag. The toilet doesn’t flush properly. The bed is big and is deceiving in the picture, it’s not dirty, but it looked like the sheets and towels have been used and rewashed for years. They looked extremely old. Amenities: WiFi is okay. TV with cable’s working properly. Overall: If you have a lot of things, and is alone, I do not recommend this place. I got a low price off a promo but without the promo, the place just isn’t worth it.

Hotel is gated and looks a bit shabby outside but room was good though no windows in standard floor level rooms. Hotel itself is located in the neighborhood and you'd miss it if it weren't for Google Maps. Lol. Only steps away from a 4 or 5 floor mall which was real nice. Owner and staff were pretty nice. Would stay there again but would get an upstairs deluxe room next time. I do believe they have an airport shuttle but would take you back to the airport only.
