매우 저렴하고 객실도 깨끗했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 저희 요청에도 신속하게 대응해 주었습니다. 아기를 위해 아기 침대도 무료로 제공해 주었습니다. 투숙객들이 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 세심하게 배려해 주셨습니다. 조식 뷔페도 맛있었습니다.

I had a pleasant stay overall. There was some noise from the room above me, which I reported to customer service — thankfully, it improved after that. The food at the cafeteria was good, and the pool area was enjoyable.
However, I did have an unfortunate incident at the pool. While rushing to my child who was calling me, I slipped on the wet tiles surrounding the pool. My left foot was slightly cut by one of the tiles. The pool staff member was incredibly helpful — he went above and beyond to treat my injury with ice and ointment, and I really appreciated his quick response and kindness.
I do hope the facility considers replacing the pool tiles with non-slip material. As they are now, they pose a serious trip hazard, especially for parents with young children.

Friendly and the cleanest hotel so far in Davao. This includes Dusit Thani where we stayed for a few days. The rooms smelled great with no hint of mold. The only down side is the breakfast (no variety) . Food with room service was prompt but was only luke warm during arrival. Will stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here twice during our stay in the Philippines. The staff were very nice and English friendly. The property was well maintained and areas were as pictured on Expedia. The food was always very good and had a variety of options on the menu. Our only need for improvement was that the WiFi is very poor in the rooms going farther away from the front desk. Typically to get any connection we had to utilize the lobby or dining room area.

Staff very helpful. Hotel itself well maintained and quiet when we were there. Large, secure car park onsite. The only negative was the swimming pool was very dirty the day we wanted to use it, with leaves, dust and insects floating on the surface. Only four sun loungers provided for guests. Simple filipino breakast provided but the helpful staff cooked up bacon and eggs to suit my western taste which was very much appreciated. All in all a comfortable stay and would certainly stay there again.
