The elevator was not functioning, we were almost out of breath climbing up to the sixth floor, it 's a torment! We stayed the last night for nothing we were not able to go to the night market as we were already too exhausted climbing up the stairs during the day I am a senior and have a leg problem. There was also a slight problem with our refund, it was less than the amount I deposited they just gave me the money without explanation when I asked they cannot gave the answer right away we waited for almost half an hour to know why, they are not well organised, as it was their fault I was refunded in full. And lastly please always check your drinking glasses, see to it that they not only look clean but they smell clean as well.

영어: 위치: 완벽해요. 번햄 파크, 굿 테이스트 레스토랑, 폼 커피, 해리슨 스트리트, 바기오 야시장, 세션 로드, 비즈코스, 바기오 대성당, sm baguio 근처에 있거든요. 그리고 바로 옆에는 식료품점도 있어요.💯. 음식: 완벽해요. 원하는 만큼 가져다 먹을 수 있어요. 마늘밥, 찐밥, 스크램블 에그, 건어물, 핫도그, 돼지고기 스테이크, 빵과 잼, 커피, 주스, 샐러드, 과일이 있었어요.💯. 객실: 좋아요. 객실의 다른 부분이 깨끗한지 잘 모르겠어요. 하지만 욕실은 확실히 청소가 필요해요. 에어컨에서 가끔 시끄러웠어요. 그리고 객실 슬리퍼가 제공되지 않아요. 낡은 수건과 고장난 전등도 교체해야 해요. 침대 시트와 이불이 깨끗한 건 다행이에요. 직원: 완벽해요. (제 요청이 받아들여지지 않았지만요.) 프런트 데스크 직원분들은 친절하고 배려심이 많았어요. 모든 직원이 정중하게 인사를 해줬어요.💯. 호텔 베니스 번햄, 감사합니다!

The location is very convenient, near restaurants, just right in front of Burnham Park, and easy to locate. The room is relatively clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had limited choices but tasted good.

They do not clean the room daily? Clean only every 3 days if the guest stay longer than 3 days. The facilities are old, water leaking from tap and toliet flushing system out of order. Lighting are dark and few bulbs are not working. Location are good only.

I've requested room facing Burnham yet not given 😔 And there are many unwanted noise maybe because seems like our room is connecting with another room though it's locked. yet noise from the other room is really bothering us. Plus some food utensils during breakfast buffet is dirty

Once again Hotel Veniz gave us an awesome accommodation. This is actually my 2nd time and definitely not my last 😊it has an atmosphere of having a home away from home. It has good location. My sisters and I had a great time in night market which is just across Veniz. This is our home whenever we are in Baguio.

we stayed here for a night.. all my requests were granted. love the view from our veranda facing burnham park. the rooms are clean and big.the hotel staffs are very accommodating.. the buffet breakfast are superb.. looking forward to stay here again.. God bless Veniz Hotel burnham..

Requested to check out late since our check in was late like 9pm. I requested check out by 11pm, not guaranteed. Instead, we check out by 12nn.

The location of the hotel is super near the burham park and night market. However, they only got one elevator and there's none at the parking area. The room is spacious enough. I didn't expect that a fridge is readily available and we were able to freeze some of our refreshments. Variety of food in breakfast buffet is quite minimal compared to others. Service is fair enough considering we checked in holiday season. I guess they need to consider hiring additional personnel to improve it.

The Hotel's staff are friendly and they accommodate our needs, place is very accessible. However, comfort room door won't lock and hot shower wasn't working. Imagine you are in Baguio City and the hot shower isn't working.

The room looked exactly like the picture. It was very spacious and clean. The location is also convenient as it was near to Burnham Park, Session Road and other tourist spots.

The bed is comfortable and the room is kind of spacious unfortunately there is no wifi connection to our room and we have to go out just to use the wifi at the same there is no telephone in our room so we have to go down to the lobby just to ask something to the hotel staff, our room is located in the 5th floor so it is a hassle to go down just to ask something. The breakfast buffet is just okay! I hope they improve their service since the hotel is strategically located.

When we leave our room on first day, we requested for cleaning then upon return nothing has change. Hindi man lang napalitan ang beddings, hindi nagwalis at hindi nakuha ang basura. From 1-9pm walang tao sa room then hindi nalinis. Nagsabi kami sa front desk at nagpapirma pa sila ng waiver na hindi nila sagutin pag may nawala na gamit tapos hindi naman pala malilinis. May nagleleak din na water sa loob ng cr from ceiling.
