호텔 Xyz

선택할 수 있는 호텔이 많지 않았습니다. 위치는 나쁘지 않았고 새 건물인듯 하여 지내기 나쁘지 않았습니다. 서비스가 조금 부족해 보입니다. 문제를 해결하려 하기 보가는 메뉴얼대로 일하는 모습이 저는 개인적으로 별로 좋아 보이지 않았습니다. 호텔 마사지는 가격대비 훌륭했어요. 문을 열어 주시는 분도 친절했고. 다음 출장도 어쩔수 없이 지내야 할덧 같습니다

하이옌 태풍이후 많은 타클로반 시내의 호텔들이 정상적인 모습이 아니었다. Xyz호텔 역시 마찬가지 였는데 엘리베이터가 작동되지 않아 숙박기간동안 7층까지 걸어다녔다.호텔내 객실은 청결한 상태이지만 음식물을 남겨두지 마세요. 엄청난 개미들의 습격을 받게 될 것입니다. 호텔내 패밀리어들은 대부분 친절합니다. 와이파이도 만족스럽습니다. 특히 음식이 괜찮은 것 같았습니다. 아직 정상적인 모습의 호텔은 아니지만 당장 숙박할 곳이 필요하시다면 괜찮은 선택이라고 생각합니다.

room advertised as "deluxe" but had to point out phone does not work. Toilet did not flush well and their staff"s comment was don't use toilet paper. View in all deluxe's show a concert wall only. Staff not very friendly.

The room was great, the staff was very polite and attentive, I will definitely be staying there again

The staff at the front desk and the Japanese restaurant was fantastic. House keeing was not the best missing towels didn't replenish the water. Parking is horrible. Food was very good at the restaurant. TV was not working right. Pool was not open at times and was sirty at times. Pool hours was 7am until 6 but no staff present for anything around the pool. If wanting to swim or just relax check some other hotel. Probably will not stay there again

Hotel in the centre of town and close to everything, room is a good size and air con works fine. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the coffee kept flowing, the staff at breakfast were also very friendly. I will stay here again on my next visit to Tacloban.

Hotel room itself and crews are exceptional, breakfast was delicious.. except they never mentioned on booking about the renovation of the pool which family was looking forward to enjoy. So that's the downpart of the hotel,.. rather they told us during check in so, family was a bit disappointed, but rather than that, we had fun.

This hotel is amazing, only a few hiccups like no water pressure in the bathroom and a smell in the room coming from old furnitures which didnt bother us too much. The part I didn't understand is during 7 days staying there, they couldn't offer me fruits for breakfast.

Best hotel in the area. Very friendly staff and pretty decent food. The mango and watermelon shakes are not creamy shakes but more like slushis. Very fresh and amazing. Its not the best hotel but it is great for the area. Jts the best you'll find

The staff is very good it’s two restaurants are diverse and good the pool never seems to be working!! However it is a good choice for foreigners with Filipino family AC good hot water and good maintenance definitely in top 5 of Leyte, Tacloban

I have stayed here several times in the last decade & it’s falling apart. The staff are friendly & helpful but overall the place is tired. The pool is out of order & has been so for months according to the staff. My family room has had a cockroach infestation, I killed several huge cockroaches, I sensed something was moving in the room at night & turned on the light, several roaches running around which scared the life out of my kids, I complained & they fumigated the room only to find more running around the next night. The only saving grace is the restaurant on the 9th floor is very good as is staff.

The staff are all pretty nice and friendly. Our room stayed warm even with the air on. It’s like the AC unit in the room wasn’t pumping enough air out and it’s a pretty small room. The main dining area downstairs is nice. The breakfast is excellent. Their lunch and dinner menu are the same. It’s a vast menu and there aren’t a lot of options for people who do not eat pork or seafood. There are 2 other restaurants I believe on the 9th floor that we ended up ordering from. Overall the stay was decent.
