Great Hotel

The place is on its soft opening, not many ameneties, some noise from the works but minimal. Location is good with plenty of stores/restaurants as it is within Gateway Mall.

Our first time staying at the Ibis Styles in Manila. It was a decent stay. No frills and no thrills. Basic amenities.

The Ibis Style Manila hotel is a new property attached to the Gateway II Tower. Its check-in process is different from that of most hotels. The doorman at the ground level helps you unload your luggage into a cart but is only allowed to help you take the cart to the elevator banks so you can go to the 4th floor to check-in. Bellman service is limited and appears to be available only to disabled guests and those unable to take their luggage to their rooms. It is an outstanding value at the rate we got for our stay.

I recently stayed at Ibis Styles Araneta City Hotel, and it was a vibrant and colorful experience from start to finish. The hotel is conveniently connected to Gateway 2 mall and provides easy access to public transportation via the MRT and LRT-2 Cubao stations. Its central location in Araneta City is perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities just steps away. The service was absolutely fantastic—everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating New Year’s Eve at the hotel. The dinner at the restaurant, Streats, was delightful, and the celebration at the rooftop bar offered a fantastic atmosphere with beautiful views to ring in the new year. The rooms are relatively small, which is perfect for solo travelers or couples, but they might feel a bit tight for more than two people. Despite the compact space, the rooms were thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience. The vibrant atmosphere, great service, and prime location make Ibis Styles Araneta City a fantastic choice. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The amenities were not really basic. Common toiletries were not even available and when requested, i was shocked to know u need to pay for it

Ibis Gateway Malll was amazing! The hotel has direct access to Gateway Mall which then gives you access to numerous restaurants and shopping! Also the area is walkable, is connected to the trains and is generally safe. We had the family room and I liked how the room was setup. The staff was nice and we had an efficient check in. The receptionist also allowed us to check in early which is a huge plus. The breakfast buffet did not have a lot options but the food was great. The pool was clean and is overlooking the metro. However, the bar does not serve alcohol until after 5:30pm. Either way we still had a great experience and we will definitely be back! Thanks Ibis!

Best Ibis I've stayed in so far. The room was clean & they actually included a dental kit. Water dispensers are provided in each floors' hallway so you don't need to buy more bottled water. The attached mall is a bonus providing good dining options. Great for short stays within walking distance from the Cubao Bus terminals.

Brilliant location for the massive mall and entertainment complex. Great staff and extremely clean. The negatives for me ended up costing much more than advertised on hotel.com and no double bed just a twin.

Had a very enjoyable stay with great staff service, new beddings and towels, provide extra pillow and robes, unique modern architectural and interior room design. Top notch location and delicious breakfast buffet. Will definitely come back again. Areas for improvement: Toilet cubicle has a startling squeaky door and no functioning exhaust fan. Provide better quality durable hangers.

The staff were excellent, service oriented and prompt. The buffet breakfast rivals 4 star hotels, with wide variety, with a few nice day to day changes in menu for an enjoyable prolonged stay.
