Poor aircon... There's insect at the chair like "surot"

we enjoyed our stay..hope we can come back.

The room was tidy and clean. Affordable room and has its own cr. They have free breakfast, and the staff were nice to us whenever we request something. A 6.1 magnitude earthquake happened during our stay and it's a good thing that their security guard was active at that time to warn us all. Lastly, there is a laundry service shop in front of the hotel, so no need to worry about dirty clothes. Will definitely stay there again next time!

I am very satisfied with this hotel. This is the nth time I have stayed at this hotel. I stay at this hitel almost every month on my business trip to davao. Location is convenient walking distance to roxas night market. Polite staffs and clean place.

The room is very small and the aircon is horrible. It's old and so noisy I wasn't able to sleep well for 2 days.

Location was great, but the room was so small, though it was clean. Free Breakfast for two also has a very small portion. Could get a better deal in another hotel if I added 200+ and get bigger room and better breakfast.

The place is nice, clean and every inclusion said was there but my problem is about the free breakfast was not served, they should be the one informing/asking their guest when do we/I want the food and one more thing is the electrical outlet is only good for one device, as far as I am concern most of the people travelling alone will always have multiple device and the power outlet is only good for one device? I think that is the only thing that needs improvement. My overall stay was satisfying. 😀😀😀

Good location. Affordable. Room was okay but not that spacious. It has elevator. Approachable staff. With complimentary breakfast.

Good customer service! Have a cable but the shows are more on religion and usual channels. Room is good for the price.

The room is too small, the ac is hot and noisy, the towel they provide has stains.The toilet is not clean although its kinda look old maybe of lack of maintenance and the price is cheap though.

The hotel is nice, good food and taste good, the room is clean, it's good to stay..

It takes 5 hours for the AC to cool then after a couple of hours it dies by itself. There are small cockroaches too. People are hospitable though.

The family room was huge enough for the 4 of us. I love that it has 2 T&B so we don't need to fall in line who's going to use it next. Ahahaha! Location is walking distance to stores; church; malls. Free breakfast is good. Affordable and convenient.

The room is quiet small but clean. Staff are accommodating and location is walking distance to Roxas Night Market & Aldevinco Shopping Center. It's also 1 jeep away to Sta. Ana pier for our Isla Reta trip and 1 jeep away to Gmall or San Pedro street.
