I booked 2 connecting rooms, an executive suite and a deluxe. All my family members loved our stay! All staff are polite and professional especially the bell hops and the security guards. More than the pleasant stay, clean sheets and large room, they're the reason why I love staying in Hotel Jen whenever we have family gatherings. Thank you hotel jen.

I had good service from hotel staff, I can early check in and I love the breakfast (so many varieties menu)

This is the second time I stay in there , I always having a pleasant stay in there . I will definitely come back again to this hotel .

The facilities are old, but they're ok, I guess.

The location is fair, but the room is not well maintained. Carpet in the hotel room is dusty, and the room is too humid. Bed sheet is ripped. No coffee or tea provided like usual 4 star hotel. Bath tub is dirty and clogged, when we arrived there were hairs in the sink.

Booked 3 rooms and send an email to agent to specifically give an instructions of the connecting rooms. By the time we arrived at the hotel around 4pm, the reception said all the rooms I booked was connecting to each other and that 2rooms are available already but the other one is not yet. We went to our room by surprised that none of the 2 rooms were connected. So I went back to the reception and they told me that connecting rooms are not available at the moment. I was super disappointed. I followed up the last room that was not given to us yet and they told me that the room is still for checking, it was already pass 5pm when they gave us the 3rd room. Not happy at all.

Saya minta jendela yang menghadap ke kota, tetapi kamar yang dikasih malah pemandangan renovasi yang tidak sedap dipandang mata. Lainnya oke.

perfect for family staycation. near churches and malls, plus the rooms could have amazing view of manila bay sunset. breakfast buffet included is splendid as well. it’s always our first choice for staycation in Manila. we requested the staff to surprise our parents for their anniversary, and delivered well, to our parents’ delight

What I like here are these: Staff are very hospitable. They will treat you like VIPs from front desk to club lounge and restaurant. The room is spacious and looks new. Perfect for staycation. The overlooking in 19f club lounge is awesome. :) The variety of food and drinks are good and delicious. I would recommend this place for family, friends and couples.

The service was excellent, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to help. While the amenities were a bit worn, this was a comfortable stay and one that I'm looking forward to repeating.
