깨끗하고 친절함 다만 아침식사가 매번 같은 것만 나와서 새로운 점을 찾기가 어려운 점은 개선이 필요

I was very unhappy because my request to early check-in was denied, even though I stayed there for 3 nights just before to recheck-in.

good hotel compared to price. staff are kind. Two small bottles of water are too little for one night. I could not sleep well in the morning because of loud conversations by staff at the lobby. So I had to move to another room.

A good hotel at a relatively low price in convenient location

체크아웃을 할수 없게 계속 추가부킹을 하게만듬 ^^° 직원들도 엄청 친절하고 안전한곳임. 글로리에따 백화점및 아얄라몰도 걸어서 5분거리. 그랩택시 이용해서도 시내까지 가까움

생각보다 좋아서 놀랐음. 방도 넓고 깔끔함. 직원들도 친절하고 1층에 24시간 편의점이 있어서 뭘 사기도 좋음. 조식이 중국식이지만 먹을 만 함. 수영장이나 헬스클럽 같은 부대시설이 없다는 것 뿐이지 방 만 봐서는 왠만한 호텔보다 가성비가 뛰어남. 비지니스 호텔로 추전할만 함.

We loved that it was very close to Ayala center

The Property was clean but older, could use some renovations, The Staff was excellent, always look for ways to help. The food was average, we ate breakfast there every day. Other meals we ate out. Very convenient location to GreenBelt shopping.

No cable all the whole time of the stay

Staff members are great

Some areas needs retouching or repair. Saw a crack wall that can be fixed by simply patching. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and well supplied of basic needs. Lobby is well maintained and cool. Bathroom are well supplied and kept. Location was excellent

Breakfast has limited selection. I was in room 319. It smelled weird in the room, almost musky. Then the safe locked my items inside giving an error code. It took 2 visits + 30 minutes before the “housekeeping” staff fixed the issue. I was here for a week. The second last day of my stay the air conditioner poured water all over my clothes that were under it. It took 7 (maybe more) calls to reception desk to have housekeeping come to my room (7+ times) over an hour. I had my waste bucket catching water, it was that bad. The staff said initially it was due to me having the temperature at 22, so they put it to 18! It still leaked water. Then it was due to a valve in the basement. The reasons were ridiculous and didn’t fix the problem. I got annoyed and turned it off. (it still dripped.) They said all rooms were booked and I couldn’t be moved. In the morning a room was still not available, but at 1pm (13:00) I was told it was a business suite that I was upgraded to at no extra charge. I moved my things to room 410. The room smelled better for the first 10 minutes. It was a little more spacious then the last. It’s air conditioner wasn’t leaking. While charging my phone in the wall outlet close to the window, I noticed a big water stain near by. I noticed water leaking from the wall. The wall paper had a broken seam, & was peeing water. Under it was older wall damage. Maintenance doesn’t seem to be done. If not fixed water issues can cause mold!

Clean and close to restaurants
