Wonderful experience though I just stayed for just a few days.. it was was satisfying

It’s very disappointing no water! No towel! Not recommended to the tourist, please take an action for this!

Very unprofessional in dealing with guests. No proper recieving area just a table and laptop in a very awkward area. The rooms were totally run down. Those pictures published are very decieving. I think you should not sell this place. This is one kind that will pull you down. The experience was terrible dealing with those people. They were rude to customers. I had to leave instead of staying. I would not recommend to other poeple and never again. I am totally scratching this place out.

Cockroaches in the room. Dusty surfaces. No restaurants nearby.

Hotel is ok, staffs are approachable.

Easy to book. Have hot and cold water for bath.

Not good. They let me stay into another transient because they told me they were overbooked. But I have booked my room there prior to my stay. So i don't know what happened

Comfy. Good ! Just what we needed for a rainy night.

Staff were all very nice and hospitable. the room I happened to initially book was taken so they let us stay at the family room. very accommodating and generous. will definitely go back here on our next trip.

The accommodation was a roller coaster ride for reservation was not seen in the database of the dorm right away. Had to contact the agent to fix this issue. Good thing the staff is kind enough for me to stay in their extra room. Location is 15 mins away from Burnham Park so if walking is not an issue then it's not a bad place to stay. The dorm (located in a different building by the way) is small and doesn't have a window. You don't get to feel the breeze of Baguio. Plugs are not strategically located.

When we came there, no one was in the house, so we called them to tell them that we had arrived. In the morning we couldn't take a bath because there was no water, good thing they have heater. The guy gave us the wrong room.

Clean place. We had the whole house by ourselves. Got what we paid for. Recommended.

They allow us to stay with free room while waiting for the first trip bound to Ilocos. Great experience. Thank you Le Monette! See you soon.
