Aircon was not working well though.

Every time I travel Tacloban, I loved to hand out in Leyte Park Hotel, the ambiance, location is one of the best and wonderful views in the area. Though the Hotel are kind of old and classic, they maintain the cleanliness. I think what needs to be improved is the customer service in the restaurant which I always stay. Food is good.

We stayed overnight and waited for a storm to pass. Good thing the cottage (bungalow) we stayed in was well built and sturdy. Overall the place was good, but is located up north in the city, thus requiring you to walk some meters to be able to ride tricycles waiting in distance (There are no taxis in the city). And skip the buffet, it’s not worth the 250 pesos (unless you booked with a free breakfast). The resort could really use some upgrading and maintaining. After all, they’re asking a higher price compared to other modern hotels in the city.

It was a satisfying stay. Very well located.

Uncleaned... the resort is not well maintained, the blanket is so thin, the pool got a cockroach.

Bed mattress was not good. Did not expect it was a double-deck bed. Intercom not functioning. Poor internet signal. There were coffee and tea bags but no hot water. Cannot contact the waiters.

It was great. Will come back next time.

Room is too small, thought it's two single beds, they placed us in double deck beds! Plus the aircon was malfunctioning super hot! The TV is obsolete and the channels are limited! Overall it's poor!

This hotel has no proper coordination. Every body has to ask anybody about everything.

Air-con are not cold. My kids are sweating.

Good to stay here my kids really enjoyed to swim on their swimming pool and the staffs here are nice on their guest.. Excellent customer service...

Need maintenance and renovation.
