House keeping need improvement cleaning the room and refreshing supplies. Shower stall leaking water all over bathroom. When you enter the hotel there a mildew smell.

The property feels new and clean. We were often at a loss to figure out the staff. They were friendly but mostly useless. Same limited menu in both restaurants. The breakfast buffet (included) featured cold food that should have been kept properly heated. Scrambled eggs were literally floating in liquid--very disgusting. We discovered the omlet bar onnthe opposite corner ofnthe large restaurant. They seemed to lack any organization as to leeping track of whose orders were up. We waited an inordinate time for our onlets to be served. Finally the roomsl was spacious everywhere except the bathroom. You have to walk into the shower and close the bathroom door in order to get to the toilet. Only one person could use the sink because of this poorly planned configuration. At the very least the bathroom door should have the hinges replaced so it swings into the room rather than up against the toilet with zero clearance fornthe door to open or close. We were unimpressed with Lime Resort!

The pool has great amenities and great staff. The breakfast was okay. Some good local food. The rooms are very interesting and has lots of automation. But are small. So just be aware. The other thing is that it needs abit of a clean in some areas like bathroom and needs some pest control as we had a roach in our room curtain

Amazing hotel, great views and room was amazing. Would be better if more sunbeds / places to lie down by pool as not many at all. Great stay and would love to go back

All of it was amazing

This was our second time staying at this hotel – and once again, it was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. To our surprise, we even received a room upgrade with an even more beautiful view – absolutely stunning! The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and kind, always greeting us with a smile. The rooftop pool remains the highlight of the hotel for us – the view and atmosphere are simply unbeatable. A special mention goes to the team’s understanding on our last day: I was allowed to check out later as my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well. Such thoughtful service truly stands out and shows how much the guests’ well-being matters here. Overall, our stay was unforgettable once again, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. This hotel is truly something special!

We had a great stay. Personel was really friendly and helpful. The view was spectacular from the nice pool deck. The breakfast and food they offered was good. Room cleaning was okey but could be better. At times it was some sewer smell in the bathroom. Hope to go back some time. I recommend this hotel.

The toilet in the lobby was absolutely disgusting. Obviously staff don't bother cleaning it. I used it again the following day and the stench was horrific. The room we stayed in was pretty good but definitely needed maintenance.

The staff were very helpful and the resort was nice and comfortable. Lime was in an awesome location. Close to the town and next to some great spas! The only negative was you could hear the staffs walkie talkies all night, as the walls were very thin. Besides that, it was a beautiful hotel!

Our stay went really smooth the staff is very accommodating to the point they will open ur door whilst ur inside the room which I wasn’t a big fan of. The place was very nice! The view was immaculate but there’s a lot of bugs to be aware of! Like a lot! The location is decent a bit far from el nido town but there’s a lot of transportation ready if u ever decide to go to el nido town. Overall our stay was okay! It could’ve been better.

Bad smell and water damage in the room. Everything looks poorly made. Loud and not that great ambient at the roof top pool and restaurant. Quite bad service aswell, had to ask more then on time to get stuff fixed.

**Overall Rating: 7/10** The room offers comfort and cleanliness, but the same cannot be said for some common areas. The hotel hallways and parts of the restaurant were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. Oh to mention that Inside the room, the curtains had noticeable stains, and the washroom had an ant problem. Checking in was also a hassle, as we were the at check in time 3pm which was late, waited 40 minutes before getting our room. While the staff were friendly and welcomed us with drinks, service was slow. We had to follow up three times to receive basic items like kits, towels, and a hair dryer. The location is convenient for beach access but far from El Nido Town proper, which might be inconvenient for some. The highlight of our stay was the pool and the scenic view. The breakfast was decent but not particularly special or memorable. For fitness enthusiasts, the gym was disappointing. It had very limited equipment (only 2–5 machines and equipments), most of which were either broken or under maintenance. Additionally, the space was too cramped to work out comfortably. In summary, the property has potential but needs significant improvements in cleanliness, service efficiency, and facilities to make it truly worth the stay.
