Lokal Hostel

Poor services, they never changed bedsheets. Too much noise from the workers. Toilets not clean, not providing toilet tissue even upon request, Wi-Fi not always available.

CR has no doors. I can see small cockroaches on walls. AC coolness wasn't that strong. No windows. Located at 3rd floor of the building with no elevator. You have to take the stairs. I had doubts with their bed linens and pillow cover if they were changed prior to my check-in. Customer service wasn't that good. The only good thing is that the place is surrounded by a lot of food establishments. So I didn't really have a hard time finding a place to eat. But if you are in a tight budget, not maarte and won't stay for so long in the room, this hostel is relatively good for you. But I won't still recommend. I hope this helps.

the vibrant hip vibe of p burgos has left out the hostel. it looks tired and the redeeming factor are the murals created by the local street artists.

The outlet was not checked before I arrived. I couldn't charge my phone. The room was so messy. Service is not satisfying this time. 👎

The bed room is clean. Comfort rooms should be well maintained.

The boss and stuff of the hostel are not friendly, the room is dirty and smell, no hot water for shower, even no toilet paper, very terrible and bad experience! Need to avoid!

Thái độ nhân viên không vui vẻ khi check-in. Nhà vệ sinh rất bẩn và thiết bị hư hỏng khá nhiều. Nhà tắm nhỏ chỉ có thể đứng, vòi nước cực nhỏ và cửa hư. Tôi cực thất vọng về nơi ở, chưa bao giờ ở một nơi kinh khủng như thế. Ga giường không thay, chăn không có, sàn nhà không dọn dẹp

The hostel has a good location, but services there is very bad. For example, the customers service is 0%, the hostel is very dirty. I regrets ever staying there.

Nobody gave me a key or shower towel. Also when I arrived there is no receptionist. It's such a hassle stay I decided to go home instead.

I was disappointed that the room I was staying reeked of cigarette smoke. For 2 nights I suffered sleepless nights because I kept on sneezing nonstop due to my sinusitis. Also, the place is crawling with cockroaches.

Too much policies. For towel must rent, not free. No bath amenities

The hotel's check-in was 2pm, but since I had somewhere to be during the day, I checked in 10pm. The staff had to look for the key of the room, and the room itself is not ready. The photos in the site is different in actual. Walls are dirty, bed sheets have stains, and there's no door for the bathroom, just a transparent shower curtain. It's reality vs expectation.

I know that I get the quality that I pay but it's actually satisfactory. Although it's hard not having an elevator and only 1 common toilet per gender, it's somehow compensated by the customer service and location benefits. It was great! Hopefully they can fix their lockers inside the rooms. :)

yes of course I like the location but their service are not good at all. they allow people to eat, drink and take all kind of products in the room. they don't clean the rooms, they don't service the rooms. for example the room where am staying the AC spoil since 2 weeks now but nobody mind to service it and we have too support the hit

My booked room was given to someone else. they offer options. 1. room with no lock 2. shared bathroom 3. they let me stay on single fan room. I booked for double private aircon room with own toilet and bath. Attached are the pictures showing that this is a single room with fan.

It was horrible! We booked a private room for 6 days but immediately checked out on our 2nd day. On our first day, the receptionist did not even tell us that the shower isn't working. After complaining, she just said that she already reported it and we just have to wait till it's fix she suggested to use the shared bathroom which by the way was dirty and did not even apologise. On our 2nd day, around 9pm, we're so tired so we slept early but we were shocked when the door suddenly opened and there was a man standing on the door. we shouted and the man left. we are so scared and felt it was not safe. we told the manager what happened and he did nothing. Don't compromise your safety and book cheap hotels. Never again!

Bidet spray is not working. Floor mat is uncleaned or haven't changed.

Hotel is in the center of everything bu the facilities need improvement. The private room was fine but the shared toilets and shower rooms needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
