청결은 수준이상 입니다~~ 다만 로비가 너무 시끄러워서 ~~

위치가 매우 좋습니다. 호텔직원들 모두 매우 친절하며 항상 도와줄 준비가 되어있습니다. 더운 곳이어서 그런지 에어컨의 온도를 22도 이상으로 맞추면 조금 꿉꿉한 냄새가 납니다. 그것 이외의 사항은 매우 좋으며 옆의 쇼핑몰과 연결되어있어 식사나 기타 다른 활동을 하기도 좋습니다. 5층에서 흡연 가능한 곳이 있으며, 아침식사도 어느정도 괜찮습니다.

시설도 좋고 인근에 구경거리도 많고 좋았습니다.

신도시 중심에 있고 쇼핑몰과 연결되어 있어 아주 편리합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 방도 훌륭합니다. 새로 개통된 스카이웨이로 공항까지 30분도 안 걸립니다. 하나 흠이라면 등급에 어울리지 않는 조식입니다. 빵 말고는 그닥 먹을것 없습니다.

Staff is very friendly, accommodating & helpful. Hotel is under going renovation & air-conditioning never got to a level that we would like but was comfortable enough not to complain.

Breakfast spread is pretty sad.

This is our to go Hotel whenever me and my husband visits Makati, it is conveniently located to everything, you can walk towards Greenbelt, Rustans, SM or One Ayala. Everything is walkable and its surrounded with good restaurants too. The hotel itself is very clean and staffs are amiable and very accommodating. Also, i love the lounge area on the 19th floor if you just wanna hang out and chill. Kudos to Edrex, Neo, Aki , Daniel and Stevene for being so accommodating.

Check in is an ease. Room is clean and big.. location is perfect as just at shopping malls, lot of eatary. The breakfast csn be better.

Location is very convinient to shops and dining. Very friendly staff.

Location is good, but the room is very smelly coming from the toilet (seems to be sewerage system problem).

If you have meetings in the area, great place. Clean and safe. Undergoing some renovation makes it a bit noisy during the day. Get the private lounge if you can make use of it in the early evening for cocktails and snacks.

This is our 3rd stay at HI and overall service excellent. I welcome the good news that HI is renovating. The rooms really need a good makeover.
