직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 음식은 훌륭하고 주차 공간도 충분했습니다. 짧은 휴가를 보내고 마닐라의 스트레스를 풀기에 좋습니다.

We had a great stay at Mangrove hotel. The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfy. Toiletries were provided (bath towel, face towel, hair towel, bath mat). Towels used for pool and beach have been separated from the towel used inside the room. There was also a ref and complimentary drinks inside it. The pool was very clean and cold. The beach is only for viewing/scenery. The bidet was not working but its fine. There were bathrobe but its too big for us. Haha. The wifi was not working also and the tv has only one signal but since we spend our vacation at subic mostly outside its still fine. Overall, it was a great place to stay at Subic. This is highly recommended.

I am highly recommending Mangrove Resort Hotel. :) Those friendly staffs who will never fail to greet you with a big smile every time they see you. The ambience. Their very clean and super spacious rooms. Their foods and drinks. Their very relaxing and stress-free place. And syempre, their rates are really worth your stay. No wonder, they got an award and high rating. You might wanna consider it on your next vacay. Located in Baloy Long Beach, Subic, Zambales. This is our second time to book this hotel. The first was for me and my wife's 5th anniversary and recently for my wife's birthday. We came back because of our awesome first time experience (clean room, clean beachfront and outdoor pool, beautiful view)... We expected for our second stay to be like the first time but instead it was a complete disappointment!!! Our room aircon was broken, it was so hot in our room! Told the front desk officer about it and was met with very rude and offending answers!! Poor customer complaints handling!!! Really disappointing since we really loved the place the first time around and we have traveled from Marikina to Subic just to celebrate my wife's special day there!!! We don't plan to come back anymore.

I had a pleasant time. Staff is very accommodating and provides good customer service. Highly recommended!

the room is superb but the beach isn't that impressive.

Stayed with friends and kids. The standard rooms were cozy, the bed was spacious and there's a coffee table in the room. The water temperature and pressure was easy to control. What I liked the most was that they provide 1 beach bag (bayong) with two beach towels per room. The food in the restaurant were delicious and the serving of the ulam was enough to share with 2 persons. The kayaks were free to use.

Cable signal was terrible and so the wi-fi connection...We have to go outside our room just to have a connection using our cellular data...

We got the smallest room but it was very spacious for our small family of 3. Shoreline is very small and narrow. Pool on 3rd floor is nice. Food is priced the same as Metro Manila food but serving is enough for two adults. I saw a few mosquitoes in the dining area and room. There were fans in the restaurant to get rid of mosquitoes but we had to deal with the ones in the room.

Food is good; the place is also nice and clean. A little upgrade of shower and toilet since it has been a little bit worn out. Overall it’s a great experience for our family.

It's not worth the price we stayed 1 night the room is nice but the comfort room stinks..it smell like a problem in drainage..and the worst is the food it is pricey but tasteless so we are really disappointed.

Great place. Beach has a very clear waters. Great food, and staff. I just hope that they have heater in the pool so kids can stay more.

The place is really relaxing with an excellent view of a beach. Just want to comment on how the receptionist handles the situation about our concern. She is kind of hesitant to entertain us.

Will definitely go back, had the chance and luck to check in early. Food was definitely great for it's price.
