Urban Connect의 마닐라 공항 호텔

다 좋아! 불완전한 편의 시설을 제외하고. 그리고 위치 근처에는 미니마켓이 없습니다. 좋은 점은 옆집에 KFC가 있어서 인도네시아 혀 맛에 맞게 먹을 수 있다는 점이에요.

Unfortunately my flight on Philippines Airlines was 4hrs late and it took 2 hours to get out of the airport so I didn't have the pleasure of seeing the hotel. Hopefully next time. Thank you regards Eddie Clarke.

Cockcroaches all over the room. No shower door, nasty towels, dirty floors and bathroom and no warer heater.

Half shower door, all around dirty, 7 TV stations, plus very close terminal 1.

The bed is too small and fragile.

It was good. Nothing special. The room is old.

The light are too low. No blower, the windows are so dusty 😢.

I book my flight because It’s mandatory to get a 1night stay in a hotel to wait for the swab result. When I get to Manila and this is the hotel I am staying In I came here 6am but they said the check in is 12pm so I have to pay extra 200pesos for for every hr, so its 6hrs for checking in early which is they should give consideration for those people who are staying in just to wait for the swab result. It was sad that they don’t consider that😔

Hotel is awesome. But hotel staff are truly make us disappointed and discouraged.

The room smells cigarrette and the bathroom stinks so much. The linens don't look clean either.

Nice Room near airport! basic but the best

Hotell ini di luar area parkir Terminal 1 bandara NAIA. Dari Terminal 2 naik taksi berkupon Coupon Taxi hanya 150 peso. Tapi beri sopir taxi sedikit tip P50 supaya senang hanya P200. Cukup jauh dari Terminal 2 dan bahaya kalau berjalan kaki waktu malam. Cara lain, bisa naik Shuttle Bus gratis ke Terminal 1, turun dari bus, jalan kaki ke area parkir. Hotel ini ada di seberang jalan, satu kompleks dengan KFC buka 24 jam, restoran Tionghoa dan Korea. Lantai kamar bersih, kasur nyaman, air panas keluar tapi tidak deras. Tidak disediakan sandal, bawa sendiri.

The appearance of the hotel was unacceptable, then I was being required to pay a large security deposit after having prepaid for the room. Then the staff was arrogant and treated me like I was just going to pay or do whatever they demanded. So I forfeited my my two days prepaid room and left. I found a much better hotel and location with a nice staff. I should have gotten the second night back, but when asked I only recieved a smirk. You need to remove this rat hole from your list asap. Thanks.

Great place to stay close to the airport. Very convenient location, nice staff, rooms and comfort rooms are very clean and tidy.

The place is dirty, overly crowded and very disorganized.
