The place was great. Very IG-worthy. We had the standard room. It was clean, and fairly nice. They have hot and cold shower, cable tv, hair dryer, and complete personal necessities. The place though is quite secluded. However, they offer free airport transfer for travellers. I recommend this hotel to everyone 💯

On October 4 we stayed at this hotel it was the most helpful so far from the Philippines. They picked us up from the airport really nice driver and rider. When we checked in they gave us some juice for free. The room was so clean and the beds really comfortable and sheets and blankets were like I was in America again. The next day we had forgot to book a day trip but they fixed it fast and we had a blast on are full day trip. While gone they fixed are room and it was clean again. Very helpful staff and personal. I totally would stay here again if I’m in the area thanks again.

Was disappointed that the transfer was not arranged when we arrived at the airport. Had to call frontdesk. The chambermaid and the resto people are good and friendly. Location was out of the main road. You can't walk to a nearby restaurant.

We enjoyed the pool part and the hospitality the staffs offered is beyond amazing. This hotel could become better if they will improve on their room. Their rooms looks old ( we stayed in triple and double share room type) and the bathroom are not so cleaned as there were stains and the shower was broken. Hope that got fixed. Overall, we stayed and loved the staffs here. They are lovely and warm! I hope in the near future you will do a revamped. You have great potentials if so.

While I find them accommodating, the room smelled weird and the hallway of our floor is dirty. The comfort room is too small. The breakfast was great though. Also, I lost my phone and I am sure I left it in their room. However, the housekeepers denied finding a phone in our room. The hotel lobby has two sofas, and the guests are smoking there. I don't think it is and should be a smoking area. The front desk when we arrived is very busy that time -- there was only 1 receptionist.

Room is small especially the bathroom and it was also dirty there are molds on the shampoo and body wash dispenser. Otherwise, staffs are very courteous and kind.

The hotel location is good and the employees are very accommodating.

I had an amazing stay here in Marianne Hotel. The receptionist and employees were very polite and accommodating. The place is great even if it is 10mins away from city proper. I recommend you to avail the breakfast buffet, the food there was great! It had an amazing pool though I did not use it. Overall, it's a must-stay hotel for me. Very affordable yet very organize. Kudos!

We had the the best stay in Puerto Princesa with this Hotel. We'll definitely book this place again soon.

Had a pleasant stay in Marianne Hotel in Puerto Prinsesa. The room is quite spacious and linens and bathroom is clean. Also food is very delicious the sinigang na lechon is a must try and the serving is good for 4 persons already. High 5!

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is delicious and serving are large! We paid for 1200, it feeds 8 people. Friendly and helpful staff. AFI- tone down the chlorine at the pool and add people at the dining/kitchen area.

Shower has small space and pool had green molds on the side. Wifi is very slow in our room. The comforter is smelly. Good fish steak however carbonara tastes like milk. Breakfast buffet was average. Good service tho. 10-15 minute drive from city proper

I will not recommend this hotel due to the following: 1. The swimming pool is dirty and open to the public. The guests won’t be able to enjoy due to a high number of walk-ins having a day tour in the hotel. 2. The beds are infested with bed bugs. 3. Our room which is 301 has a bad odor coming from their drainage. At first, they did not offer us to transfer to another room hence, they suggested us to just open the window instead. 4. The air-conditioning is bad. The temperature is set to 17 but it feels like 30! 5. The breakfast buffet is not good. Limited options for foods and drinks. 6. The heater is not working.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. No question about it. However, with the facilities and the hotel in totality it's not properly maintained. The receiving area is dirty. There were even minor renovations that's happening. The towels were not satisfactory. The water supply is limited and there's a foul odor. The pool is bombarded with dry leaves. But for a budget hotel like that, I don't know if it's just my expectations that ruined my stay.

We had a great stay! The staffs are very helpful and accommodating. There was just a small issue regarding our room because the AC was not positioned properly and it takes too long for our room to cool up.

They accommodated our early check in (10:30am). They have a good fish kilawin in their own resto and is not pricey at all especially with their budget meals. Sent us to the airport on time as well.

The hotel is just minutes away from restos and city center. Their rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool area is relaxing as well. However restroom is smaller than usual. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly as well. (Thumbs up for their service) 😊

Better than what I expected. The room is clean and nice. The staff is very friendly. Food is good. Great location too.
