호텔내 수영장도 너무 좋고 직원분들 또한 너무너무 친절하고 좋아요. 다시 또 가고 싶은곳..

Great place to stay.

There was a power failure at past 3 am for over 30 minutes. Good thing the manager woke up and turned on the generator.

Such a lovely place to stay. The family who run the hotel are super friendly and willing to give advice, help book tours etc. The pool is a real selling point, clean and the water was a great temperature to swim. The rooms are basic, but clean. Bathroom is a typical wet room as standard over here. Breakfast each morning was great, choice of several options, and they catered early if we had early tours. Room cleaning is done on request, and never a problem. Some great places to eat close by, would definitely stay agin.

オーナー家族の子供たちがたくさんいて騒がしいです。 特に１Fの部屋の方はお気の毒です 部屋の防音無し。

空港から徒歩30分。 Hotels.comのページでは毎日のハウスキーピングとなっていましたが、実際は３日に１度のタオル交換、別途交換をお願いする場合は料金が発生します。タオルもバスタオル１枚だけで、フェイスタオルはありませんでした。クリーンアップ（ベッドメイク）もお願いしなければやってもらえません。（私はお願いしたけどやってもらえませんでした） バスルームも狭く、どうしてもシャワーの水がトイレにかかってしまいます。水はけがよくないのか、シャワー後はシンクの下まで水浸しになります。 室内に金庫、冷蔵庫、スリッパはありません。 子供達の声が夜９時を過ぎても響いていました。 朝食は６時〜８時。その日の状況によって４〜５種類の中から選びます。注文をしてから作ってくれるので、温かい食事がとれます。 私は利用はしませんでしたが、プールは綺麗に掃除されていました。WiFiはつながりますが、ネットの速度は遅いです。 うーん、値段なりというところでしょうか。

Clean and basic small room with wet-room style bathroom with shower & toilet. All rooms open onto the pool which is a decent size and clean. Pleasant atmosphere. Wifi was patchy, I could only connect in the restaurant area although it was supposed to be available in rooms too. Breakfast session is quite early, 6-8am.... I slept in and missed it every day... >< The staff were kind enough to fix me up some toast and a coffee later on however! Staff were very friendly and helpful, booking trips, taking my laundry, calling me a taxi etc. On a side road so it's quite quiet, even though it's not far to walk to the Baywalk area and main road with various shops, malls, restaurants etc.

La vue extérieure de l’établissement est bien , comme sur la photo, chambre alentour de la piscine. Ma chambre rassemblait à une résidence pour étudiant. Matelas ferme ,ce qui est un plus pour moi. Les prises électriques dans la chambre pour charger nos électroniques ne fonctionnaient pas. La seule que j’ai trouvé fonctionnelle était dans la salle de bain . La salle de bain , drain de la douche peu fonctionnel qui fait en sorte qu’il y a une accumulation d’eau en avant du bol de toilette. Serrure de la porte de la chambre , questionable en terme de sécurité. La chambre n’a pas été faite après la 1er nuit ainsi que les poubelles dans un contexte qu’aucun papier ne doit être placé dns le bol de toilette. Point fort extérieur et le prix

環境跟房間比照片漂亮，就是蚊子很多很多，得把冷氣開的很冷才不會被叮，離附近景點近，也有幾家不錯的餐廳，但就是蚊子實在是太多了，被叮的很慘!

Neat hotel and clean with large and clean pool, in center of town. Will come back again.

2 night stay. Location is good also the service. Cold showers yet the hotel are in the process of installing shower heater. Slow internet wifi

Deuxième fois qu’on retourne à cet hôtel, le meilleur rapport qualité prix de Puerto Princesa. Chambre petite mais propre. Bon accueil, piscine, petit déjeuner compris, que demander de plus ?

The staff was amazing and the room was clean and comfort.

The walk to the interesting parts of town took a while. This place is closest to the museum (a five minute walk). Well known food, etc was about 20 minutes - doable with friends but a little bit less enjoyable at night as a single person even though the area is safe. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating.
