Washroom dated and moldy. Beds and beddings are clean. Staff were attentive and accommodating.

Employees were nice & friendly, breakfast was ok. Could use some updating on rooms.

the staff is kind of nice , but the problem is theres no blanket in the room in time of colder days, the hot water not properly working , the free breakfast is not satisfying

Bathroom was a mess, poor draining in the shower toilet barely worked. Breakfast was basic. Had to pay extra for anything.

Initially the first room they gave me was not clean that black mildew really in rough shape so I complained via this forum to Hotels.com. Expedia and my message was sent to the hotel. They responded very well. They gave me a different room and they even started repainting and fixing the other room up, so hopefully my comments were helpful. They did everything they could to make me happy once they understood how I felt and it turned out to be a mutually very good relationship between the hotel the manager and myself I must say they’re trying really hard to improve and I thank them for this. It’s always good to see how people react and they did this very well so if you want a basic simple place to stay, I would say this place is good and the staff is excellent😀🙏 Sincerely David Herman.

Typical Bagiuo resort.. its ok for a day.

No air conditioning in the room, no provided towel and toilet paper, you need to go to the front desk to asked amenities. The restroom need some upgrade. The bedsheets need to be replaced it’s old and stained. Parking lot is tight and limited.

Staff and service were very good. Staff were respectful and very helpful. Keep up the good work. Thank you. The place was clean and cozy. Serving for breakfast was ok but small portion only.

Family had a great experience at this hotel. Parking was always available and free, breakfast was delicious, and the proximity to the city center is close.

Our delightful stay concluded smoothly, and the kind staff went above and beyond by letting us unwind in the tranquil living room for hours after checking out. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, perfect for de-stressing before our bus journey. The only minor hitch was the wooden floor, which could have benefited from a quick sweep. While the charming bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, it surprisingly boasted a refreshing bidet – a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated. In terms of accessibility, finding a taxi from the location presented a slight challenge. Yet, these minor inconveniences were easily overshadowed by the overall positive experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable wait and the friendly service, making it a memorable stopover.

Heater for shower unable to heat shower. Water pressure fluctuates. Room size not adequate for a family of 4. Stayed in a room with 2 double beds. To move around the city, it is better to have your own ride.

it was noisy then as there was construction nearby but overall ok

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I loved the place because it gave me the feel of old Baguio of my youth. It's no frills but was comfortable and easily accessible to a lot of areas. I lucked out as I was able to park up front the whole time I was there. Hot water worked well and there was a big fan in the room which I only used to let the air circulate because of the dampness in the air [there was a typhoon]. Breakfast was decent size and adding to it was not expensive. Place has a lot of charm

If your looking unique place to stay and in the center of baguio, this is the right place to stay. Nice place with an old house style. Friendly staff and wifi is good for working at home or staycation
