Nice hotel , good value for money.. just to pay more attention to small details in the room otherwise it’s all good.. I will stay there again.. it’s comfortable Staff is very accommodating and trained very well on customer service.. will recommend it to friends

Very good stay, comfortable; should consider having more people in the restaurant and kitchen esp. during peak season. Food is excellent. Host owner is warm and took time to ask after guests’ concerns.

1 night stop over in the way to LAO. Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean facilities, very good buffett breakfast, convenient shuttle service to downtown Vigan.

Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was small but clean. The buffet breakfast was good and the selection varied from day to day.

The hotel staff were courteous, highly trained and professional in customer service. Check in was easy, there is a welcome snack in our room and staff brought us a cold refreshing drinks delivered in our room. The hotel is located just less than 2 miles before you get to Vegan and provide a 24 hours free van service to take customer to Vegan and pick up (or you can take a trycyle for 50 pesos. The outside and inside is clean with a 4 star standard. Breakfast buffet is excellent with Hot and Cold with plenty of selection. We left early to catch the bus for Baguio, they took us to bus station at 2:00 am and even packed our breakfast for us to take. My husband was so happy that he plans to bring all his family and stay at the hotel next year. We took the tour to go to Ilocos all the way to Pagudpud, we had the van with driver and tour guide, the hotel pack us some drinks and snack to eat on the trip for free. The price was very reasonable. The hotel was like a undiscovered nices to stay in Vegan. Will come back again and I had been recommending to all and friends and family.

Staff are very helpful they even gave us a take home boxes of the infamous delicacies of vigan. Hotel location is convenient just along the highway and there was a good parking space for us. There is a 24-hour cafe with excellent food and delicacies to buy just beside the hotel. Breakfast was superb although few selection of food only but overall very satisfied.

Just new, good size rooms, clean , no smell. Just need a hairdryer 😩. Has a small ref😊

Excellent only a little bit expensive

All the staff were very helpful , very pleasant very courteous and very professional . I made a mistake in checking guest in the Internet . Instead of 2 guest I checked _2. They went beyond in helping and calling Expedia to make the necessary correction and that I will be reimburse . The hotel is very clean and met our needs.

Generally hotel is ok though 10mins away from calle crisologo
