OYO 655 Mambaling Pension House

No toiletries given, no soap. You need to deposit 200 pesos to use the remote control on TV, yong room hindi same sa picture na iyong ipinakita sa apps niyo.

Not recommended to stay. Photos shown isn't their property. Very dirty and grossy.

They ask for an additional fee of Php 20.00 per towel that we are going to use. No toiletries or any. Any how maayus naman ang AC nila.

The staff is ok but the room was so dirty, smell bad, lots of mosquito and cockroach

The room is a zero star for me specially the bathroom. Had to ask for a towel which had seen better days. Had to ask for top bedsheet and what they provided was a used one saying they have ran out of freshly washed one. Leaking water basin and toilet does not. have any cover.

I lost the key and they don't even give me consideration and the price of it was too much.

The room beside my room was very noisy especially at night, mother and son fought each other with loud voice. The room seem too old . Furniture are not looking good, aircon do not work properly.

The location is exactly where we need to be. The staff is nice. Although the room we got is quite small, we still enjoyed the stay.

I thought it was near at the SM seaside and the location is hard to find even the grab driver didn't know, we get lost in the road. The room is dirty and some of the room amenities are not functioning.

Thumbs down ako sa mambaling pension house. First, when we go there ang hustle ang tagal namin nag hintay though nag book ako ahead of time para walang problema pero pag dating namin don it takes time bago kami nakapag check in, ang nangyari pa kung walang mag check out hindi kami makakapasok. Ano pang sense ng pag book kung ganon din ang sistema! Wala diba. Tapos nung nag order kami ng food for breakfast ang sabi 30mins. ang waiing time tapos ise-serve nalang sa room, hanggang sa anong oras na wala pang hinatid kami nalang yung bumaba para kunin yung food namin, and nakalapag lang pala don hindi manlang inakyat. Tapos i don't like their comfort room ang baho, hindi sa pag iinarte pero swear it sucks nagbabad pa ako ng sabon na binigay nila para mabawasan yung amoy pero still ganon parin. Then, may tv yung room pero walang remote we asked for the remote because we can't operate without it right, pag punta namin sa lobby wala pa daw available na remote so anong sense ng tv diba? tapos konti lang ang plug if naka open yung tv then you have phone/camera/powerbank to charge maghihintay kapa na ma full or ioff mo yung tv para maicharge yung iba mong gadget. Lastly, nung last day namin nag city tour kami so past 12 in the afternoon na kami nakabalik tapos sabi ng staff ang out namin was 1pm then before 1pm nag extend kami for 3hours kasi pagod sa byahe and what so ever, nakatulog ako nung after namin magsabi to extend our stay for another 3hrs. and it cost us 350 pesos for 3hrs. so ayun na nga nag extend kami tapos nung 3 in the afternoon may kumatok yung isa pang staff ang sabi mag out na daw kami kasi 3pm na daw, ang sabi ko dba po mamaya pang 4 ang out namin since we exend for another 3hrs. kasi 1 ang out plus another 3hrs. is equals to 4, so 4pm dapat. Nakipag talo sya sa akin na hindi out na kayo eh kakagising ko lang after my nap kasi nga kumatok sya tapos sabi ko nlang okay sige magliligpit lang kami wait lang. Sabay sara ng door. Hindi ko gusto yung attitude ng staff na yon ate girl with blonde hair yata yon. May attitude level gorl. So that's our experience at Mambaling pension house. Never again!

You only can enjoy what you have paid for.

The air conditioner was not functioning well. I asked them kung pwedeng lumipat ng room pero sabi nila kinabukasan na lang daw pero kinabukasan wala pa din. yung ibang room lumalabas na halos yung lamig ng aircon, yung sa room ko as in wala. di ako nakakatulog ng maayos dahil sa init. Also, ibang iba yung nasa picture ng binook kong room kesa sa binigay nila. ang susunget pa ng staffs. yung may ari lang ang mabait.

Cool but the water is pretty bad whenever it rains.

Toilet stinks terribly. There was a cockroach on the bed and place looks creepy

Though it's old but it's very clean and cozy. Ideal for someone who likes to have a good sleep for a cheap price.

Broken headboard and cabinet doors. There is no door for the cr. The bedsheet has holes. There are cob webs in the room and cr.

Nice room its clean have enough space for two. Keep it up!

This Pensione house is suitable for travellers. Staffs are okay. Just make sure to make the bed properly and double check if there are ants. Overall, I was satisfied still because it's always not perfect.
