파크 힐 호텔 막탄

It’s really near the airport but the building needs a lot of improvement. The cr has no pail, although the shower’s fine, there’s no proper rug, amidst the rainy weather. The room lighting was dim and the tv is a bit old. My stay was fine and there are a lot of food choices after walking a few meters from the inn.

Great location for those who have flights it’s super near the airport for the price itself it’s very affordable

Okay naman sya kahit di gumagana ang TV at one soap and no shampoo at sira pa ang ilaw nila sa bathroom :( Pero okay naman ang mga staffs :)

There's no slippers man lng sa loob ng room tpos yung towel if d namin hininge d pa namin makkuha.Good thing malakas yung aircon nila, pero sa breakfast tinapay lng wla kang choice instead of rice sana.

Too bad. Staffs weren’t accommodating, place was creepy, lightings are very poor, untidy, toilet flush keeps on flushing and it’s not stoping, 1st room we booked the door knob was broken, it’s not safe to stay there and the doors had only one lock—the door knob only. We’ve transferred to other hotel and we’re supposed to stay at park hill hotel for two nights but we might not be able to sleep well there.

I came from a paradise hotel in mangodlong and then went to a hell hotel in mactan — park hill hotel. I checked in late as I arrived from camotes past 4 pm already. The hotel is old, the room is old. Cabinets and doors are screeching. The bathroom was horrible too. I went out to have dinner and meet some friends who were also in cebu at the time from 6 pm to 11 pm. I did not expect more horrible things would come my way. I was bitten by bed bugs so I couldn’t sleep because it was too itchy and to think that I had to take a prescription sleeping pill to knock me out as I am an insomniac, I was literally awake most of the time. I checked the time it was only 4 am and my goodness, the power went out and they have no generator set. Since I booked using this app, I sent my concern for a refund for which I am clueless if I would still be able to get a fair refund for a horrible experience. This hotel should not even be listed in any of these booking apps because it is really horrible. I wish there were data signal in camotes so I was able to check the reviews. It was a quick booking and I chose it because of its close proximity to the airport.

Staff: They need to be amiable. It is a hotel and a business for crying out loud.

I am not satisfied. Hope they will be more prepared.

Have a mosquito in room. No WiFi in room

No toothbrush and shampoo. Receptionists are not friendly, they don't even greet you or smile at you, bed is not comfy. Just near airport

Stayed here twice and I say it's good.

When you want to be near the airport, this hotel is a go-go although its location couldn't be found easily (the place is like hidden). Regardless, the service is good and the meals are delicious. Their WiFi works fast. They also have very comfortable beds. Overall, our stay at this hotel is great.

Location is near the airport but difficult to find. Room & facilities are not clean. Don't expect too much on the free breakfast.
