퀸 마가레트 호텔 - 다운타운

숙박시설은 좀 노후화 된것 같습니다 에어컨이 별로 시원하지 않아요 그리고 주변이 도로라서 아침에 트라이시클이나 지프니 경적 소리가 크게 자주 들립니다

Room i got was a bit noisy.. there wasn't any voice suppression of sorts. Rest it was okay.

Stayed in their executive suite for few days. Location is central, accessible. Breakfast buffet very good and delicious. But the room looks very outdated, air conditioning is very loud. Me and my partner had to turn it off just so we can hear each other talking. We could also hear the jeepneys and vehicles outside -day and night. Water in the shower does not go warm enough. Limescales visible all over the bathroom. We can hear the room attendants chatter from our suite.

Second time to stay and again underwhelmed. The room we got had no windows, there was a kettle with 2 cups and saucers but no coffee or tea, no face towels, no facial tissue, we had to ask for hand towels, there’s what appears to be water damage to the floor near the bathroom, hallways always dark during the day, we had to pay a deposit to get a second room card, the elevator buttons are frustrating to use. The only improvements from the last time were the wifi connection and the water heater in the bathroom. Yes the location is great as it is downtown but its flaws leave you disappointed. This property needs updating and improvements in the way they provide comfort for the guests.

The sink is clogged, room is unmaintained, no fridge, no microwave.

Overall, goog place.

No fridge or microwave I can forgive. But no windows? On a five day stay? And they only gave me two breakfast coupons I couldn’t even use. The staff was condescending. Absolute disappointment compared to my stay at Queen Margarette Domoit

The property is clean but not to my standards. Unit needs renovation especially the bathroom. Noisy because it’s in a commercial area. Once you leave the room, the AC is turned off. When you return the room is hot & needs time to get cool by the AC. Staff are very pleasant, & helpful. Reception desk didn’t orient us there is a “ make up room” switch you have to turn on. Emergency didn’t know do our room was not cleaned for that day. I was very disappointed. The one I like is the breakfast with yummy Filipino dishes.

The place was so convenient and near to restos and public transportation

Convenient location close to all. The place is dated, peeling off paint on the wall. Floor is dirty and uneven. The place needs a lot of maintenance work. Main complain is broken showerhead and there's always puddle of water inside shower. If I can only get a refund. The place is not worth the price I paid. Not coming back.

Staff are helpful

This was a convenient spot for going around Lucena. The Pacific Mall is only a 6-minute walk away. There is a night market just outside the hotel, so that does add some noise and traffic (but great food options). The breakfast is a mix of plated main entrees and buffet sides.

When we checked in, there was hammering and noise but we called the front desk and they were able to resolve the issue.

This a good location in the middle of Lucena City! Love this hotel!

Always a pleasure to spend a few days away from home.

The receptionists were so hard working and even help us to make our stay seamless. Its worth every penny with the service we had. Thank you
