직원들이 친절하고 호텔 위치가 좋아요..접근성도 좋고 호텔에서 조식뿐만아니라 다양한 디저트나 음료를 제공하였고 편안한 잠자리를 위해 도와주었어요. 다른 호텔과는 다르게 세심한 서비스가 좋았습니다

Food was average. Long bar cocktail decoration rosemary was faded and watermelon was wilted so I had to changed to beer. Welcome afternoon tea was okay. Can't complain much for free. But fly sat on the cake. The best thing is here are friendly staffs who were always willing to help. Bedding is very good. Bathroom amenity is one that like in four star hotel which big bottles are stuck on the wall. Swimming pool is so so. Gym is equupment is old. There was Brita filter in the coffee machine in the room which has mould inside and they have never changed the filter...disghusting Overall, this hotel is not modern nor heritage one. It doesn't have the character of Raffles. No wow moment like other Raffles... in Phnom Penh or Singapore.

best hotel in manila...

룸컨디션은 좋았고 스위트룸이여서 넓고 쾌적했어요. 더운 나라여서 그러겠지만 수영장 물이 너-무 차가워서 처음에 들어가는게 쉽지만은 않았어요. 그리고 조식이 생각보다 가짓 수가 적고 디저트 외에는 별로 였던게 아쉽네요.

Everything was amazing except the room was freezing. The first night we got in very late and we kept turning the Arctic AC to a warmer temp and it didn't improve. We both wore coats but got sick from the cold; I had to see a doctor the next day. Engineering came and the AC does not respond to the thermostat in the hotel. They gave us blankets and a heater which worked well. The breakfast buffet is great, hotel exquisite, staff amazing. The price is low. Great location in Makati. I love Raffles. But if you are cold ask for help right away. Additionally, the entire hotel is over air conditioned in our opinion.

Spectacular hotel, worth the extra money compared to other 5 star properties in the city. Great that à la carte breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails are included (including the famous Raffles Singapore Sling). Room is incredibly spacious and service is spot on.

Slight moldy smell in hallways.

It was simply an amazing hotel. The staff’s hospitality, the opulence of the facilities, and the cleanliness were unmatched. I felt completely at ease from start to finish. Breakfast at “Mireio” was especially memorable—not only offering the usual variety of egg dishes, but also a selection of Asian dishes such as noodles and rice, making it delightfully difficult to choose. The pool was reserved exclusively for Raffles guests, allowing me to enjoy a sense of privilege and peaceful luxury away from the crowds. The only downside was that I unfortunately lost a blanket I owned, most likely during turndown service, and although I informed the room service staff, they were unable to locate it, which was disappointing. Whenever I come to Manila in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I look forward to seeing the smiling staff once more.

The service and quality of the property was excellent!

The staff here is excellent, everyone from the doorman/woman to the chamber maids! There “Longbar” is just next to the lobby and has craft made cocktail, good food and love music. We’ll definitely be back.

The best hotel for a family staycation.

Excellent decor and beautiful room. Upgraded me as I asked to make it special as we were traveling with my daughter. Service was extraordinary and amazing. People were friendly. I will definitely come back. Things to improve on detail maintenance on the bathroom shower door does not align and paint on ceiling. Buffett selections could be better and quality. Overall it was an Amazing experience.

I had the best experience here considering its in my home country, 1st time staying in a suite. definitely not the last, highly recommended for people who is looking for relaxation after many hours of sleepless nights.
