My stay was quite disappointing. Came to the hotel and the management has no idea I was coming and that I even booked a room. I waited a couple of minutes for them to confirm my stay. I stayed on the second floor. The amenities are as promoted online but the bathroom drain was not working, after I took a bath a pool of water has collected in the bathroom floor both unsanitary and unsafe. During breakfast I was waiting for the free breakfast around 6 am but when I called the front desk, no food was ready until 10 am. I needed to call again at 10.. 2 hrs before I leave to eat breakfast. I Guess that is brunch.
