Everything was fine during or stay there except for the unsecured door knob. It took so long for us to lock it. Its quite unsafe and lastly, the cigarette butts and ashes at the balcony. They weren't able to clean it before we checked in. But overall, the room was superb for it price. I got it for 770+ per night. Thank you

Staff is unwelcoming. Bathroom has a leak from the unit above and its smelly. No available sockets to charge your phone unless you use the one for the tv. Bed is itchy. This hotel will definitely be on my blacklist.

We just checked out a little 15 min late and we were asked to pay extra. No consideration. No manager. Bad room service and only 2 staff for the whole place. Never will come back again and I don’t recommend this one.

I never expected that breakfast is a wow! Some facilities are no longer in good condition (fixing is needed) in addition to that, the receptionist is not approachable she left us soaking wet outside waiting for tricycle.

noisy because it is road side, toilet is clogged, bedsheets not clean but in fairness the bed is comfy just bring your extra bedsheets if you really prefer the place.

Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. And serve us breakfast exactly 7am.

The photos posted in the page are deceiving. It shouldn’t be categorized as hotel. This place is like a transient room. Wifi is poor, the room is dirty, the water is very slow coming out the faucet and the shower. It’s not peaceful to stay in because the place itself is along the road. The breakfast is just fine. I’m sorry to say but I’m not coming back to this hotel. The price is not worth it. There’s a lot of nice and cheap place to stay there. So no worries!

Simple, clean and affordable. Aircon is cooling well. Hot water in the shower is available. Good tv reception. Wifi is okay. Good place to stay for travellers on a tight budget.

The address is misleading, it's 2km away from the Tagaytay City Proper. TV reception is poor. Located along the road, noise from the vehicles may interrupt your sleep. Heater doesn't work. Security issues. Thus, Not worth the price.

Now that is how it looks like. Do not be fooled. This is terrible. How can you stay at this hotel? There are much cleaner hotels less than a thousand. The issue here is that the pictures, the advertisements are false!!! False. Lies.

It was bad! It should not be categorized as hotel. It is a motel. Wherein they accept 3 hrs stay as stated in their tarpaulin. We were not able to sleep well because it was too noisy since it is located along the road. Twin beds from the family room are not comfortable to sleep on because the cushion is over used/old already and the bed frame shrieks when you move. Locks on the door are also broken. Bathroom, smells. The room has ants. Most of all it doesn't have a security. We didn't feel safe the entire night. Definitely not coming back!

It was a good stay for the family. Kuddos to the receptionist/staff that I don't get the chance to know the name. The bathroom is just normal. The hot/cold shower is working well. The aircon is functioning well. But I think its price is too high for the amenities there. But overall, our stay is quite amazing.
