The rooms are clean and Friendly staff. The furniture could be updated and the bed needed a new mattress. The restaurant is good. Good over all but a little bit pricey

Breakfast was tasteful.Pool needs some make over, there were chipped tiles. The inside of the apartment, downstairs only have 2 fans no AC so it will get hot. Limited utensils if you want to cook. The worst part is the bunk bed, every time we moved, it creaked like it's going to fall apart.. the bathroom/ shower, sink was not draining unless you manually open the little black stopper, had to use a disposable fork to push. Lights are dim in the rooms..I think this hotel needs some TLC if you want to rate this as 4 stars.. definitely right now at least a 2.5 stars. You have to ask for everything, housekeeping is till 4pm only.

Recently stayed at the Reef Beach Resort and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The restaurant staff was consistently warm, kind and helpful, several issues significantly impacted our overall stay. Property is quite dated and lacks modern amenities. During our visit, a local event was hosted on-site with loud music until midnight and disruptive noise continuing. Well past warm. Disappointingly, guests were not informed of this event upon checking in and only made aware during the morning of, leaving us no time to adjust plans or expectations. WiFi connectivity was also an issue since it was unreliable throughout most of the property, only improving when near the main office. The cable TV functioned for 1 night which was frustrating. Cleanliness was another concern, we encountered two cockroaches in the bathroom during our stay which was unsettling and indicative of some needed improvements. Overall while the restaurant staff was a highlight, the hotel falls short in terms of facility upkeep, communication, and basic guest expectations.

The property, as described is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Gen Luna. I enjoyed the quiet time and how accessible it still is from everywhere. Breakfast was ok, I was expecting something more as I read from the reviews. Room was spacious for 2 pax and it also has a balcony overlooking the ocean. Housekeeping wasn't a daily thing though unless you request for it. Overall, it was a good decision to pick this hotel after 2 nights of staying at the center of Gen Luna. Definitely had my peace and quiet!

It was really clean and the hot water worked really good. The restaurant was good as well, especially for breakfast. We had the pancakes and the omelette was really good with the three cheeses. The weight staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

The room was ok. We were looking at a wall next door. Every time we walked in the room smells like sewer. We had to ask for spray. I think I paid the private van twice. Which is 2000 pesos each way. They did not give a receipt when I arrived for the pick up. Then when I checked out and making a payment for drop off. They told I did not pay for pick up. Which I was certain that I paid it. They told me the manager will into it through the camera surveillance but never did. Another thing was the rental scooter. We were told that if we rent through them they would make sure that the bike was newer. That wasn't the case. The scooter was old and scratched up. The helmet did not worked. It was falling apart. I ask for another one and give another one that doesn’t have any clip attached to it. And then when I ask for orange juice which I paid extra for it at breakfast. They give me a watered down orange juice. I’m a little disappointed! I don’t I will ever stay there again.

Resort was nice… had a surprise party during the week… it was packed and entertaining… somewhat quiet other than that… enjoyed my stay

The service was great, but the facility is just so-so at best. We had issues with the wifi and with our restroom that took a good several attempts to fix. The staff was always friendly and happy to help. Also, the bed and pillows were super hard and the two nights we were their they had rave-like parties until midnight that were very loud.

Was very safe and the staff was absolutely amazing!! The hotel was close to all the attractions. Was very quiet and was able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The restaurant was amazing.

AC is only in the two bedrooms. No AC downstairs for kitchen, dining and family room which has the only TV. Downstairs is like an oven in the afternoon. Poor customer service at the restaurant. I wanted to order a glass of wine with my pasta and they said they could only sell me a whole bottle. Thought Manager would make it right but she did not. She said if the rest of the bottle goes to waste, they have to throw it away, so the cost is passed on as a higher price to the customer. I ordered Rigatoni Bolonage (red sauce) and got Pasta Carbonara (white sauce) which I sent back. I don't think the wait staff knows the difference and they require training on non-Filipino foods as well as customer service. They are polite however. Overall a very below average accommodation for me and my family. I won't be back.

Having breakfast in the morning outside overlooking the ocean was nice. There was a coffee place across the street where I can get a cappuccino to go and then drink it when I was having breakfast at the hotel. Two times a week there would be a beach party at the bar and restaurant area from 8:00 p.m. to midnight. If you don't plan to be part of that party you will not get sleep anywhere in the hotel.

The general quality of the service and the room is not worth the price. The service at the restaurant is very slow and the front desk doesn't understand simple requests. The room is not cleaned correctly and there is a lot of parties organized, if you want to sleep correctly don't take a room with ocean view because it's very close to the dancefloor.

Great customer service, full ocean views and good location

This resort is simply fantastic!! The amenities, restaurant, customer service and friendliness from the staff is commendable!!

The employees were great and really courteous! No issues there. The property on the otherhand, it needs a bit of maintenance. The room we got, the water pressure on the 2nd floor shower (it's the only shower on the room we booked and we booked an apartment with 2 rooms) is non existent. It would take you quite a long time to take a shower. Then the toilet tank doesn't refill fast enough. We had to fill the tank using the bidet.

On the beach good restaurant. Only complaints rats and roaches. The swimming pool needs attention. Nice rooms modern wifi signal in and out

The staff was very helpful, the amenities were great, and the area is very safe and walkable to everything you could need.
