My sister booked for us the same night we were traveling to Davao city for our sleep over with our family before my flight back to US. It was actually very late night that we came to Regency. They accommodate us well and when we entered to our respective rooms it was so homey and I so love the hot shower. It's just that they have a small shower room (not to mention I'm really big) but overall twas very good. I love it! They have room Wi-Fi too and it's a plus since I need it for my online schooling... And the morning, we had free breakfast and they don't really have plenty of menu (choices) but twas good enough... It's a very nice place to stay and it's affordable... 😊 thank you.

Spacious, clean room. Complimentary breakfast's great too.

The room was nice, very spacious and elegant design. The free breakfast was also good, everyone was very accommodating. The only thing that bothered us was the matrimonial bed, it was just two beds parallel on one another. Aside from that everything was satisfying.

Very friendly staff. the rooms were clean.

There are staffs that was not familiar with "Customer Service" often mad face. But overall, I love staying here especially with the housekeeping crew! Kudos!

Mas inuuna nila ang huli na dumating kay sa bagong dating, when i was check out nauna ako nag bigay ng key, then may mga koreano na sumonod, natapos na lang yunh mga koreano at nakaalis na ako naka upo pa, wala man lang pasabi na ok na pwede na ako makaalis halos 30mins ako naghintay kung ok na ba ako umalis o di pa walang sumagot sa akin nagalit ako saka pa nila sinabi na pwede ka na umalis with out paggalang, first time ko naka incounter ng ganyang staff beside nagbabayad naman ako.

No bidet in the toilet, no dipper, no toothpaste toothbrush. Large bed, spacious room, nice hot and cold shower.

The hotel need to get a better renovation. The building is old. The lights are dim. The windows are blocked with paint so there is no sunlight enters the room. The linens looks and smells dirty or overused. And right after you open the the room door for the first time there is a creepy feeling that something inside the room. So if you check in alone, you will having a hard to have a better sleep. The breakfast is better. That's all. Thank you.

The place is really nice for travellers. Its location is near the tourist spots of Davao. The receptionist are well accommodating. They served a good and tasty breakfast.

The hotel's staff are unhelpful. The bed sheet is smelly. Totally un-recommendable! My stay was a disaster😈

Regency Inn is located in China Town, at the heart of Davao City, a walking distance to the famed People's Park, Night Market and souvenir shops. Our stay there was favorable with beddings changed daily, clean room and CR. The free breakfast and coffee is also okay.

The staff were very accommodating. The location was good too since ti was accessible to different forms of transportation.

The staff are very friendly. The room is so clean. Air condition and hot shower are working properly. Amazingly, the wifi router is inside the room so internet speed is around 45 Mbps perfect for fast downloading of movies and animes. I love the place so will probably be going back and stay here again on my next vacation in davao, and the price is worth the stay with free breakfast. I am from cagayan de oro city, a traveller/backpacker/seafarer/engineer.

This hotel is kinda underrated. it’s the best affordable hotel. The rooms are way better in person than in pictures - large, pretty neat, super clean, newly renovated, even the aircons are brand new. Hot shower is heaven. Comfort level: 5 stars ⭐️. Breakfast is plated (not buffet) but quite enough and delicious. Further, staff are friendly, and location is right at the city center. Will definitely come back.
