The room look exactly like the picture, please add some signage especially when the customer wants to make up the room para hindi na kelangan lumapit sa front desk, we can just hang it on our door so that you will know if we want to not be disturbed or we want the room to be clean up, tapos yung room key you can have it duplicate rather than kukunin nyo yung customer key to clean the room, and for the cleanliness please make sure that the room was clean enough before the next guest check-in kasi when we enter the room may sabon pa na ginamit ni previous customer, may shampoo pa na nakasabit sa ibabaw, walang tissue sa bathroom and the refrigerator parang nakadefrost, at ang hina ng tubig maybe you could've adjusted it, overall ok naman, accessible to all places, pag gusto mo kumain ng madaling araw or what not.

Had an amazing family vacation at RSY Residentia. The place is big, with comfy beds, complete amenities and very cozy atmosphere. Great location, at the heart of the city, the hotel is very accessible, there are nearby malls and fast food and restaurants. The staff are friendly, they help and instruct us to roam around the city. And most of all, the price is very affordable. We stayed for 3 nights and we have the hotel our temporary home away from home. This place is highly recommended.
