Aside from being far from the airport, everything in this hotel is amazing. From bed to bathroom, it's great! +1 for the sausage, I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay there in-case I'm back to Cebu.

We stayed 2 days here because it is the most affordable and nearest to get to the Happy Beach Resort. It is located in a residential area and 5 mins away from highway. The room we had was on the far end room. The furnitures looks old and a huge old cabinet which is a bit scary at night or if you are alone in the room. The TV was not working. On the first night, while I was preparing to go to sleep, the lights went off but after a minute the lights went on. The 2nd day I woke up a bit scared due to a scary dream that I had. We ordered a hot cup of water and they charged us 10 pesos per cup but the water was not hot enough for the noodles. Overall this is a good stay if you can’t find other affordable hotel/inn to stay if you want to go to Happy Beach. But when I’m comparing it to the previous hotel that we had in cebu city, this is just average because the price is just lower by 100 pesos and it is away from restaurants.

Nice place with spacious room & very comfy bed. Hotel looks near in the map, but is actually behind the airport, so you have to go all the way around. Took me 20min by grab. Good value for money tho. Will come back!

I’ve read in the review that they offer tricycle ride because of the location. When we were there I can see that they have a tricycle ready so I asked them if we could get a ride but they say no and that before they offer a free ride but no longer offer it that’s why. However when 2 foreigners had also looked and waited for a ride, they immediately turned on the engine of their tricycle and offered it to them... too bad ...anyways another tricycle came along and the 2 foreigners ride with us in the paid tricycle that came. And the inn’s service tricycle was put back again to its place. No use!

They cannot understand what we are trying to ask them. But the stay was good!

The hotel location is very bad far from airport without even traffic..cost you 300 pesos for transport..not convenient for travellers..room is spacious but i see the beddings are very dirty and smelly..no taxi around you need to get grab car..far from city.

Good to stay if you want affordable yet cleaned and with nice staff.

Arrogant staff especially the guards

The rate of sans inn is indeed affordable but other than defective water heater and toilet flush that I can tolerate, it is the attitude of the staff especially the security guards that reveals just what you can get from availing a cheap rate hotel. Very arrogant, always frowning, doesn't smile, no courtesy to guest at all, it seems the guest owes them for availing their hotel, they forgot the guest are paying for every night stay on the price that they charged cheap or expensive, they made that rate. They don't show any appreciation at all, I stay there almost every week for several days and I don't see any appreciation from them but just a bunch of frowning faces of staff and security guards. Does the owner of this hotel pays them or not, why are they acting like that or this is what their company gets from getting unqualified staff and unlicensed guards.

the hotel is so far. staff are not helpful, i have to carry my heavy bag to room. wifi is weak and not stable. the room is big enough though. not bad for the price but they could’ve improved their customer service.

Place a bit far from main road. Room clean but shower badly needs repair. Staff friendly though.
