I didn’t like the way the property is used as a walkway for all the locals, no privacy, also when you ask the staff for anything it seems like it’s too much trouble for them

I rentented a room at this property for 6 nights. The day i arrived the AC was off, so the room was super hot. It would have been thoughtful to cool the room prior to our arrival. The room itself was very nice in comparison for what is available in Dalaguete. And the view the property provides is absolutely amazing. However, i struggled with comfort. If you require a cool room to sleep you may struggle at this location. I could not get the temperature to fall below 24 Celsius. The hotel did provide us with a standing fan. In addition, there is no daily turn down service. This hotel has a lot of potential, they must replace the tiny Air conditioner with a better quality unit and consider room preparation prior to guests arriving.

The staff made this above and beyond. They cooked fantastic food, and traveled to help us find transportation. Best stay by far.

Place is very peaceful. Rooms are nice as well as the bathrooms. Staff is awesome! Very accommodating and friendly.

This hotel has a beautiful view, lovely sizable rooms and great food- we will definitely recommend and return

Property was clean, the pool was also cleaned every morning & the property is quiet & peaceful. Some of the things that were said to be included in the booking advertisement were not actually included resulting in surcharges such as laundry & cooking in the apartment. Expedia said there was a free shuttle but we found ourselves walking down & paying local transportation to get back up.

The staff was friendly and very helpful , always willing to help and the view was absolutely gorgeous!!!!

Hotel is in a great location (up a hill) and gives you an amazing view. Its the perfect place for a family get away.

Amazing views and staff extremely helpful.

We were unable to get refund after our travel plans changed at least three weeks out from our trip. THis is along way to Cebu City given the traffic and we just couldn’t make it work. We received a flat no when we explained. Word to the wise to read the fine print.
