Not easy to find a grab

Very smooth experience. After a long flight from the US. The receptionist was quick and efficient and had us in and to our room in under 5 minutes.

As always this hotel is convenient for our office location. Plus : nice apartments, great Sky Bar with views over the city. Staff are always friendly. Negatives : food could be improved; good if they had access to Netflix as other hotels. Gym needs a refurb.

Not a pleasant stay

The service from the staff was amazing, they are all really lovely. I was really pleased that the hotel had a self-service laundry area. You have to pay 300 PHP (nearly £4) for detergent and dryer, I thought this was a bit expensive to charge guests when all other places I've stayed with self service have offered this free to guests. However this is a minor point, the hotel is lovely and the pool is good too.

Our initial 12-day stay was awesome in every aspect. Can’t ask for more. Customer service is top notch.

With Yuchengco Museum across the street and Ayala Museum at Greenbelt Mall within easy walking distance by elevated walkway, I can enjoy Philippine culture, while my husband has easy access to business meetings in Makati. Grocery stores (including a Korean grocery) are also walking distance, and we enjoy the weekend markets at Salcedo and Legazpi parks, with prepared food, fruit and veg, local carabao cheese and handicrafts. Lets us make use of a useful kitchenette, if we decide to eat in. So many good restaurants nearby. Full laundry in the room allows us to pack less on longer visits. Staff remember us between visits, and service at Misto breakfast service on the 35th floor is always exceptional—what a view! Our one-bedroom suite was cleaned daily by attentive housekeeping staff. As always, we’ll be back!

We were very impressed with the property and specifically with our room at Seda Residences Makati. As I will likely be returning to Manila in the next 3 to 4 months, I will choose Seda Residences again for my next stay again. The absolute only issues I had during my stay was one of communication with Housekeeping. They tended to come fairly late in the day; afternoon or even into the evening. And they also had to be reminded to replace all of the bathroom towel sizes (hand & face towels, in addition to bath towels). But they were always extremely friendly and willingly to comply with my requests to come earlier and bring the needed towels.
