Hands down one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in any country. Staff was genuinely friendly and courteous, facility was meticulously clean, every meal was memorable.

I've stayed in hotels from New York to San Francisco and all points in between as well as several Excellent rated hotels in the Philippines. The Seda is definitely top three and may be the best hotel I've stayed at. The room and amenities are just as described but the staff puts it over the top. Not just polite and welcoming but genuinely make you feel that they are happy to see you. Kudos to owners/management for such a great job recruiting and hiring a spectacular staff.

Breakfast at the rooftop was a nice view. Basic food options but the food is good. Customer service is wonderful always helpful and room is clean.

Great breakfast buffet

The staff exhibited remarkable friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness. The breakfast, which was served on the rooftop, was excellent and offered a stunning view. The location is superb and conveniently situated near several restaurants.

Everything was perfect, location, value for money, staff are absolutely lovely. The cleanliness is great, it could be better though but that's just something minor. I've been staying at this hotel every time I visit Manila since 2023 and I will always pick Seda Residences Makati over ANY hotel in Manila, I will pick it over and over again. Highly recommend!

Easy walking distance to business meetings in Makati. Shops and restaurants are convenient in the downstairs mall. Always stellar service at breakfast buffet at the 35th floor, and well-varied food comes with a bonus view out to the harbor.

Overall was great. Shower water pressure can be better.

We had a major incident involving the food service. Something that has never happened to me before. What matters is their response to my concerns which was excellent. Three different managers and several other staff took ownership of the issue. I'm hopeful that it won't repeat. We have extensive business dealings with that particular property, and I sincerely hope they continue to work to address the quality assurance levels, staff training and overall food handling processes. Their rating would've been infinitely worse had they not been forthcoming and willing to engage the issues head on.

Makati is nice. Plenty of shopping and restaurant around. Very clean part of Manila

Breakfast buffet had a good variety, but the food was room temperature. Friday night buffet had very little for a vegan and the items on induction pad was over done and the meat was hard.
