My wife and I visit every two months or so and are always impressed with our stay. We even extended for an extra night.

My car had a slow puncture due to a nail that had embedded itself on the drive to Dagupan. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me get it all fixed in under an hour.

Multiple stays at the Star Plaza by choice and self paid - not block or conference paid. Always an enjoyable time and will return again in two months.

The presidential room that I booked was roomy and updated the bathroom was huge I gave it 10 out of 10. Room service was excellent I gave them 10 of 10. The breakfast dining room I gave it 3 out of 10. They get low scores because they can’t handle the pressure of huge crowds. We ended up with a rude waitress that she spills my food when she served it. She puts her finger inside my glass when she grab it to put water that my husband and I refuse to drink the water it’s grossed, she needs to learn how to hold your glass. And we keep asking her for another cup of coffee she keeps ignoring us it took me 3 times to ask her to give us a simple cup of coffee.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 days and availed the KTV as well for family gatherings on our first day of our stay and at first they offered the cheapest KTV room which only good for 8-10 persons they said which I am looking for the biggest one but they said it’s all fully booked already.But as soon as my family started coming they’re waiting for our order and of our I limit what I invited because of the capacity limit they said for our reservation.As I started ordering foods they said they could move us to the biggest area and I started wondering as they said it’s already fully booked.Went to our room for a bit and when I came back my sibling was already transferred to a bigger place.I said to the staff

The parking is only a little of an issue. We stayed for more than 10 days. Very good staff assistance. Beautiful lobby. Great breakfast!

The hotel is outdated. The elevators are not well ventilated.

This was our 6th stay and we intend to make it a more regular place to visit as we have retired. Previously we found that we had to drive out to find good eateries but recent developments have led to multiple options close by.

Only hotel in the area

Went to the resto on 2nd floor and sat on one of the tables. Been there for 5 mins but no one asked me on my orders. Staff just passed by me. So I left and just bought balut downstairs (no nearby eateries or 7-11.)

Will not book again.

Professional and courteous staff. Really good restaurant on property. Cleanliness of the room and common areas and accessibility to commercial areas. Will definitely be coming back. 5 Star!

Lumpy and very uncomfortable bed, pillows were flat, towels seem dirty and smelly
