The place is 1 hour away from Subic Bay. Upon entry, the place looks like a desolated place but as you go further you will find a resort-like place. There's a kiddie pool, a pool for an adult (about 5 ft deep) and a playground. The place is a beautiful sight during nighttime because of the lighting. We booked using different accounts but the front desk officer somehow assumes that we are a group of travellers and placed us in the"villas". We experienced a delay during the check-in due to a power interruption. Issues on the toilet were also escalated as it was smelly, I believe they have issues at the sewer since we again experience the smelly bathroom the following day. At night, there was a heavy downpour and experienced another power interruption but when the power was back the personnel checked rooms where air condition units are not working. Some of the facilities such as the intercom are not functioning as well but they have given us mobile numbers to call if we have any concerns. Complimentary water and non-complimentary beverages are available in the room. Complimentary coffee is not also available (I will not look for it if it was not written on the paper located in the room.) Television (no available channels) and fridge are not also functioning (not sure why it's unplugged). Only two sockets are functioning for charging purposes. Overall the facility is unsatisfying may be due to (1) it's already old and (2) they are undergoing a renovation as mentioned by its staff. However, the people from the front desk, to the lifeguard (available even at night), and room attendants are all friendly and very attentive to our needs except during breakfast when it took 30-minutes waiting time for my nieces ' breakfast to arrive. So I am advised to get at the breakfast station as early as 7 am and order immediately since some of the choices are no longer available if you are late. Bottom line we still got what we pay for. We got it cheap plus breakfast is already included. So my overall rating is neither awesome nor unsatisfying but satisfying.

We asked for a room upgrade because we needed a ref in our room. Staff upgraded us with a very minimal fee to which I'm very grateful! Cleanliness is something I would suggest to focus more on. Our shower area had some black mold, which threw me off, so we asked the front desk to help clean it up. After a few mins, maintenance came and cleaned it all up, and we had a very satisfying stay after that. Pool was massive! We had the kiddie pool all to ourselves for 2 days, water was warm too so there was no problem in staying till 8pm swimming with my toddler. Staff was really nice, they let us eat our jollibee on the bar area which was right next to the pool, they just asked us to clean up after ourselves which is already automatic for us. Premier suite room was massive! Shower area was big too, there was just some hard water stains which is forgivable, but would have been nice to see if it wasn't there. We knew it was an older resort, so we tampered our expectations already. Overall, we really had a nice time, what could have been an extra mile was keeping the bathroom exceptionally clean, but all good in the end as we always use our lysol and uvc lamps when we go and travel. Bonus point is we parked our car just outside our room so super convenient!

This is the second time that my family stayed in this hotel. Air conditioning Unit: During our first stay last Nov, the AC in the room was barely working. We were assigned the same room for our recent stay. I was relieved when I felt that the room is colder now but unfortunately, it became so cold that it became unbearable. The unit was missing one of its rotary knob so we cant change the temp. There was also no night shift maintenance to handle it. We had to unplug to manage the room temp. Room Lighting: The room was not well lit. At night one of the light bulbs won't turn off. No prob during daytime. Bed: Mattress is hard Others: There were molds in the personal ref in the room. I even had to ask the housekeeper to wipe it because it stinks. Food: Limited food and drink options. Pool: The pool is okay. It's also nice that it's very accessible. Playground: Not applicable. I don't know where they took the photo in the web. Staff: Very friendly and accommodating.

Poor hygiene. Cannot use the pool because water is dirty.

This hotel is far from the pictures posted from what it is now. :( Sadly, this will be our first and last with this hotel.

The aircon doesn't function well.

the hotel looks like a clubhouse. facilities is bad. will not recommend nor come back.

Nun nabasa ko mga badcommnt parang ayaw ko ng pmunta kaso naka book na ako nun. pero nun naka pnta kami ng family ko ang saya at maayus nmn mababait mga staff at affordble ang price ng room nya masarap dn yung foods.medyo pricey lang s bar and other foods.

Air Conditioning is not functioning. We were transferred to a different room but it’s the same thing. We were given an electric fan! Imagine. We were charged a soda which we didn’t drink because we are not drinking sodas! The room boy told us that one can is missing. My goodness! If we are drinking those we could have consumed all 4 cans not just one. And I am very willing to pay for it of course. But this time, not gonna happen. We ain’t that! It’s just beautiful in photos. Nothing more than a picture. Everything is blah!

1. Parking space is great. We just parked in front of our room 2. The room and overall area is spacious. 3. The pool is not so clean. 4. The food for breakfast is not okay. Most of what I wanted to order is not available.

staffs are friendly. the room is very clean and big. affordable and great ambiance.

We stayed at room S6. Our room is good for 6 with free breakfast for 6 plated meal. 2 double sized beds and 1 Queen sized with kitchen dining area and sala. Heated pool til 11pm. No beach. Food was great! reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay!

Even though it is not beach front but the place is nice :)

Staffs were friendly. They don't have access to the ocean though but they got a pool.

The staffs are accommodating. The food was great and price is reasonable. The entree was for 1 pax but actually the servings were for good for 2. The pool was clean. I suggest that they could improve their beddings. (thicker sheets and blankets.) so far they were good.

Room and place seems old not the same with expectation

My purpose is the pool for the two kids. Pool is very nice. All will surely enjoy. We stayed in the suite room. Cheapest room. A/C is not cool. My daughter even have to take off her clothes in the middle of the night. But it was not a big deal for me because my purpose is the pool. Not the room. Most of the stay, we were at the pool anyway. I was able to talk to other tourists, their toilet does not flush! Their rate is 4500/night. Their a/c is not cool also according to them. I think, maintenance of the rooms is not their management’s top priority. I hope they will improve or add staffs so tourists will come back. In contrary to other comments abt the receptionist, their receptionist is very nice. Kudos to her with the short hair. Food price is very high. 5pcs chicken is 350.00. So be sure to bring extra cash if you will not eat outside of the resort. They accept credit card. Fyi. I will definitely come back because of the pool and the resort is very near to our house. I just live nearby haha
