Bed is not sturdy, noisy AC, useless TV because of its cignal box, wrong wifi pass(i asked for it twice), the heater is not working, there's no literal parking. The upside is that the view is nice and the food is good but a little on the expensive side

Our stay at subiza is quite fine except for the the room because the ac was not so cold,with some flying insects inside,the beach is not for swimming and the pool is not so clean. they have live band but its kinda noisy if you want to sleep early you cant, they should have made the rooms noise-proof and lastly we left something in the room and I texted them they didn't even reply to me, I bargained to them if they can send it to me even if I shoulder the cost for spending but not even a reply was sent, they checked the room before we checked out twice but I think the roomboy didn't checked it thoroughly he just look around, I know that it's our fault if we left something but we should have avoided it and I forgot to say the food was so expensive, it's not worthy. Sorry Subiza but I guess it is the last time that we will book in your place.

2nd time... definitely we will come back

The location was good, they did not have the family room that I booked so they upgraded me to a more spacious room. The location of the room was really nice but the room is quite dilapidated especially the flooring. There were ants on the headboard and we had to spray it with an insecticide. The TV remote was also not working so we have to stand up switching the channels. There were lose connections on the electric socket too and lose side moldings which can be child hazard so I had to keep the kids away from the area. The bathroom was not so good since it lacks drainage near the toilet area causing some water to get stuck on the floor. Food was ok but a little but expensive for a fancy meal, breakfast cost Php300 for a regular plate. Would consider this as average, however no option on the ratings.

They're very accommodating and friendly. Clean rooms and nice view. Medyo matagal lng ung food lalo na un coffee. But still, the place is great😊

I can recommend Subiza Resort. Nice place to stay if you love night life. We enjoyed live acoustic band and the food was so delicious! I really loved their pork adobo and chicken adobo, salt & pepper pork spareribs and pancit bihon canton. Thumbs up for their Infinity pool with view from the beach. Don't worry if the beach in front of the resort has no shoreline you can still swim on the beach just pass the public way going to beachfront. Just ask the guard its a walking distance. Nice view from our veranda. Our rooms was located from the 2nd floor we're using stairs. No elevator

Everything was good except for the front desk officer at night

It is a clean and nice place to stay.

Great facilities and wow their Halu halo was just superb my delicious! The service however should be improved, I asked the speedo driver and I was snobbed. Minor replacement of yellow stained pillow case.

It was a great stay, the entire place was clean, the staffs were accommodating,the foods were so yummy, the sea view was mesmerizing, its highly recommended!

Small beach front area. Good service.
