when we arrived, the room was not ready and it's so hot. aside from that, the bedsheets have stains and unclean. it's also very uncomfortable to sleep because I can feel the metal spring that's supporting the bed. the shower is also not working. therefore, my overall experience with this hotel is a total disaster.

not a sulit place at all. The building is old,may mga scratches yung wall,ewan ko lang kung may mga butas din di ko na check. I noticed a blood stain sa bed sheet nila na tinapalan ng baby powder para hindi mahalata kuno. we actually booked for a deluxe room with 2 single bed,but is not available upon our check in,so the receptionist offered to us their premium room which is more expensive daw by Php500 but the room looks like their standard room,maliit ung bed (double bed???) and ung room,walang load ung cable nila kaya 3 channels lang ang pwede. Amoy sigarilyo ung cr at sobrang hina ng flush nung inidoro,inabot ako ng 1 hour para maflush yung dumi ko.

I booked twice in this hotel and for it's cheap price, the accommodation and ambiance exceeded my expectation the first time I stayed there. However on the second time, the sheets were not so clean. Apart from that, it was good. I concluded that the rooms in the first floor are better than the ones in the second floor.

Upon entering, the bathroom smells bad. The curtain shower is dirty and smells bad too. the floor inside the room is dirty and the mattress does not fit the bed. There is no remote control for the air con.

The hotel room attendants and the receptionist are not responsive to our needs. Our room doesn't have a trash can since the first day we stay. We asked for how many times from the different room attendants as well as the receptionists. However, no trash bin was given. We asked about the service spa but the receptionist was not knowledgeable enough about the service. The beddings were so thin not enough to comfort and to have a better sleep. There were lot of ants at our bed and side table even if we don't store food in the room. Our overall stay was not that satisfying.

exhaust in cr is not working, fluctuating internet connection, no cable channels, the room smells bad including bed sheets, and the air condition doesn't have a remote, they don't lend the remote.

So far my stay was ok, but my issue would be the aircondition in my room keeps on turning off and that i have to call the lobby for it to be turned on.

Staff members hardly smile, un-scrubbed and unpolished floor, clogged bathroom and sink, smelly and dirty toilet

Nice place. Nice location. Quiet rooms. Affordable foods.

So far so good. Nice location. Quiet neighborhood.

Decent internet, great location. Could do with more prompt room service though. But no serious complaints. I stay here often.

The restaurant is close so no meal can be provided. They should have included that so as guest can be ready.

Wasn't given remote for TV due to no battery. The washroom smells so bad and uncleaned when I checked in.

The standard room we stayed at smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom was really dirty.

I love how strategic its location is, given it is minutes away from popular malls, like the SM North EDSA, TriNoma, and Ayala Malls Vertis North. It is accessible via public transport, like bus and jeepney. Their standard room is actually beyond what you expect from a two-star hotel as it is spacious enough and their bedding and pillows are comfortable. However, I wish their staff are more friendly and welcoming to their guests.

It was a decent place to stay overnight. The blankets needs to be thicker though

Bugs everywhere. Woke up full of bites and itchy. Aircon is leaking. Blanket too thin

Room was clean and spacious and situated at a great location. Shower flow was a little bit low. We got the room on promo so I could really say that the place is indeed Suit! Wish you could book for 12 hours though so it would be more suit for backpackers. Wish I could have stayed longer during my booking
