Friendly stuff enjoyed my stay for the price. It’s reasonable, large, clean restroom, smiling faces every day in the front lobby and secured by a gate. The room can be a bit noisy but like I said for the price it’s worth it and if you don’t mind or you’re a heavy sleeper than this will be a great choice walking distance from the mall to the government center and one block from the hospital for emergencies

Tout à proximité, centre d’achat , restaurants , dépanneur, musée , negros Forest Park , etc … Chambre avec air climatisé, télévision, beaucoup d’espace , douche avec eau chaude , wifi qui fonctionne bien. Personnel serviable et prêt à aider . Sécuritaire, réception ouverte 24h/24h

The place is very convenient, walking distance to Mall and the Catholic church

This hotel is budget friendly, we got two rooms last Feb25-26, rooms are clean and spacious, they got service phones but direct to front desk only. Toiletries are provided, AC's working fine, it's cold when you get into the room. If you're a light sleeper, request for a room that is far from street side, we requested for the rooms to be on second floor that time since they don't have a lift and we have senior citizen with us and heavy luggage. Across the street you'll find sari sari store and carinderia, walk farther up and you'll get to gas station where SM City in walkable distance, and also San Sebastian church. I booked my reservation with Pao, but I don't know if she/he was at work during our stay. Nevertheless, Pao was accomodating.

Everything was as expected

Receptionist has no sense of compassion or reconsideration. I made a mistake of booking date and charge me for 350 pedis for early check in even we try to ask to stay till 11 am only.. We will not coming back or recommend the place with our friends and family.

The room was leaking so we have to be transferred in a smaller and 1 bed room. The staff are courteous and very accommodating.

The place is ok and clean. The room was not to the standard i wanted.
