The staff were very courteous and the service was excellent.

pleasantly surprised with Luneta hotel. a little understaffed but everyone's friendly. location is great. room is comparable to other place. will definitely book again!

체크인: 언제나 그렇듯, 이 호텔은 프런트 데스크 직원들이 정말 친절합니다. 체크인도 아주 쉽고 간편했습니다. 체크아웃 시 환불 가능한 보증금은 단 1,000페소입니다. 룸서비스: 미트볼과 파타타스 브라바를 곁들인 스파게티를 주문했습니다. 혼자 먹기에는 양이 꽤 많았습니다. 저는 별 4/5개를 드리고 싶습니다. 가격도 저렴합니다! 객실: 일부 조명이 고장났습니다. 조명 교체를 요청했는데 숙박 시간이 줄어들 것 같아서 교체하지 않았습니다. 에어컨은 언제나처럼 200% 잘 작동합니다! 이 호텔의 에어컨이 정말 마음에 듭니다. 매번 고장 나는 일은 없습니다. 전반적으로: 마닐라 중심부에 있는 최고의 호텔 중 하나입니다!

As always, this place never fails to amaze and impress me every single time I stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff, room air-conditioning is 100% superb and never fails, very comfortable beddings and sheets, and so much more. The rustic and vintage feels of this place is one of the things I always look forward to whenever I stay here. It’s one of my homes away from home whenever I want to get a respite from my usual routine. I am not so much a fan of their restaurant food but their coffee is good! Breakfast is plated but is enough to give you a full tummy. Hopefully, soon, they’ll be able to offer buffet breakfast for guests. It would be a good come-on. The Luneta Hotel will always be on my list for a great staycation in the country’s capital.

We have a pleasant stay, the staff were accommodating. The room is impressive and cozy, the bed is comfortable.It is accessible from ocean park and luneta park. The food(breakfast) is satisfying. The only thing that disappoints me a little bit was the bathrobe is too small. But overall, I definitely recommend this hotel along the vicinity. It's really worth of your stay. And child friendly hotel.

Just wanna thanks to Dominique and Emerson for keeping me entertained while I'm at the hotel bar.. They're very accommodating and thanks to Mokh (Guest) for that wonderful chitchat. Meeting them made my solo travel wonderful..

Clean, honest and very accommodating staff.

It feels like the old times. We'll maintained hotel and room. You'll see preserved things. Accommodating staffs. Accessible to public transport. LRT, Jeep, Fx, Taxi, Bus. Very near to Manila's tourists spots. There's a lot of food establishments everywhere open 24 hours.

worth every penny! 5 star for this awesome hotel with awesome crew!

of course do not expect a view with the cheapest rooms available :) but the room itself is good, the bathroom great. a food tray for room service would be nice.
