The Orange Place Hotel - San Juan

Had an event at Filoil Flying V Centre, a great location.

Its nice to see the place is upgrading already

Hotel is good for a quick stay. The bed and pillow is very soft and comfy I had an awesome sleep. This hotel is prepared when I came since they actually read my request to be placed in the lower floor which is the Ground floor considering my knee injury. Wifi is available only at the Lobby. You may request for room in the G floor so you can have wifi cignal on your room. Bedroom has window, cabinet, spacious actually. It's just that the TV is box type using TV plus network. Aircon is so noisy because its too outdated. No hot and cold water but it has strong water and the water is warm. The hotel is along the highway and accessible by public transpo. Spacious parking space and monitored by guard on duty 24/7. The staff is very good and approachable. Easy check in and out. Restaurant is just in front of the Hotel. Overall it is a good place if you only need to sleep and have a quick stay, 7/10 for me. I will surely stay here again if I have a business to do again in Greenhills.

The lock is not working. One of us should be left behind always. If we both out we will ask for the assistance of the staff to open our door when we return.

Another great overnight stay in a newly renovated room. The staff and security were attentive. The Breakfast was good and filling. The mall is a few minutes by walking after exiting the hotel then turning left

It was another great overnight stay. The room clean and big for the rate I paid. The Staff and Security were attentive and trustworthy. There is a Mall beside it within walking distance.

Had another great overnight stay. The staff and security were the Best. Breakfast was satisfying. There is a Mall that is within minutes by walking. After exiting the hotel just turn left and keep walking. You won't miss it.

This is the worst hotel i've been to. My check in time is 12 noon. if you request to check in even 1 hour early, you will be charged half rate. the person on the phone is not customer-friendly at all. I checked in at 12 noon. I got a standard room. there are no slippers inside and the heater is not working. I needed to go to quezon city and I read that if I lost the key will be charged 850. I was not certain of how my meeting there will go so I left the key in the front desk and said that I am not sure if I will be back or will be back late. I didn't check out. around the afternoon, I called that I will come back late and the reception said that my room was not given to anyone. which should be the case because I am booked till thursday 12 noon. when I arrived late that night, only a guard was there and we learned that my previous room was occupied and we will move to another room. when we arrived to our new room, it is full of dust. the sheets, the floor. I developed allergy right away. so I needed to call the front desk. and the phone was full of dust as well. to my frustration, no one is there to answer. so I went downstairs and told the staff there if they can change our sheets and clean the room. he said that no staff is available so we can clean the room by ourselves, he just brought one sheet and a rag to clean the floor. but we, guests cleaned the room. how convenient! we needed a shower and there is no towel. so my friend went down to request a towel, the staff said there is none available. and when he looked around, saw a ripped towel near a television, gave it to my friend and said it's new. and instructed my friend to wait till 8am to get a towel. the bathroom is not clean and has no water heater. and from all the dust, I developed allergies in my face and legs. and worse, we can smell the paint job being done beside our room. this is such a nightmare and we can't wait to leave!

Like in previous overnight stays I had a great time because the room was clean and there was hot water in the bathroom for taking showers. The hotel staff was very accommodating and professional. Connecting to the free wi-fi was a breeze. There is also a nearby mall that’s only minutes away by walking

Like in the past the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast filling and tastes great. Hotel Staff and Security were courteous and helpful. The Santolan Town Plaza Mall was so near by walking in less than 3 minutes

The room was big and the bathroom clean. The wifi of the lobby reached the room. The staff and security were awesome plus the breakfast was simple but delicious. The Santolan Town Plaza was only a 2 minute walk.

Probably the worst hotel we stayed in. The whole building was dirty. Our room was super dirty. No drinking water in the room. Our breakfast was not good at all! The brewed coffee had no taste, it was like they used the same coffee from yesterday, they just added water. I was not able to finish even half of my breakfast, even when I was really hungry, disgusting!

This place is really worth the price. The room is clean and toiletries are provided. The set breakfast is filling and satisfying. The Staff is attentive and alert. There is Santolan Town Plaza a few meters away if you want to dine, shop or watch a movie.

So it's better to stay during friday late afternoon and leave early monday morning because the work starts at 8am. The Santolan Town Center is just a few minutes away by walking

It was another great stay. The place was clean and secure. The front staff and security were very attentive. The food was great and the service too. The Santolan Mall beside it makes the hotel more inviting. It is just a 3 minute walk.

I had a good experience. People or I must say the employees are courteous. But in my room theres no hot & cold shower.

The staff and security were attentive like on my first stay there. The room is pleasant and there is free breakfast for 2. The new Santolan Mall is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The price per night is so pocket friendly
