수압이 너무 낮아 샤워하는데 한참 걸리고, 너무 오래된 건물이라 전체적으로 많이 낡았습니다. 저녁에 화장실가니 작은 바퀴벌레도 기어 다니고. 어디서 나왔는지 작은 귀뚜라미도 날아다녔지만 시트는 잘 갈아 놓은거 확인하고 담요 뒤집어 잠 자는데는 큰 문제 없었어요. 재 선택은 절대 하지 않을 듯 합니다.

The best thing about this hotel was the friendly service and cleanliness of the place. I just realized that Wi-Fi does not work well. There was a convenience store on the first floor, and the surrounding environment was safe. It is a quiet and cozy place.

Very good customer service..

I am a repeat visitor. My previous stays were very satisfactory. However, for this stay, on my last night, the aircon did not function well (it remains on a fan setting). The housekeeper voluntarily installed an electric fan in the room, but i have to turn it off at night because i dont like to sleep with a fan directed at me. Unfortunately, the quality of my sleep was adversely affected because it was inconveniently warm.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is quiet and it's near very nice cafes. The price is also just right. The wifi inside my room was weak, but the wifi in the lobby was strong enough to conduct online classes and meetings. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay!!

Tv not working.No entertainment in the room

Too noisy, the aircon is noisy and the vehicles passing by noise can be heard too.

Very accomodating staff..There is a lady from Iloilo allowed us to check in early.Very spacious room.Clean.Unfortunately the microwave in the room was not working.The staff greeted us with smile everyday at the lobby that was worth the stay of 2 days.Will gonna come back again definitely.

Its near my hometown' but my room has cockroach on my firs night and under the bed was full of dust particles!

This is more like a student residence complex (place is close to major universities) that rents out rooms for transient stays and is not a hotel, so no room service and toiletries included, but there was bottled water and some instant coffee, which was great. Spent only one night here in a standard room, and it was clean, bed was comfortable, fridge, aircon and hot shower worked okay. Having a desk in the room was useful to get some work done. Big TV was awesome. Internet connectivity was good in the room, but speed was mediocre. A minor bother is that the entrance to the corridor of rooms had biometric security, but I guess only the long-term residents have access to this as I had to ask a member of staff to open it for me every time I enter. The staff were really excellent, though, and were available 24-hours (I checked out at 3am and they were there!). For the price, it was worth it and would recommend to others looking for accommodation in the area.
