Was perfect for our evening in Cebu for a early morning flight the next day. Shuttle service was great for pick up and drop off. Exactly as advertised.

Perfect hotel for quick stays, if you are arriving late from the airport, or have an early flight, this hotel is a great option.

The shuttle driver was great, I lost my phone in the shuttle van and he made and extra effort to return my phone before my next flight, I'm so greatful that people like him working for that hotel

It is so near the airport. Pick-up and drop off is a breeze!

Staff not aware of the online booking made and was told that no available room because a guest extended their stay. Sink in the bathroom was leaking.

I really love my 2-day stay in your hotel for the following reasons: staff are warm and friendly, good housekeeping, good chef at your restaurant who prepared our breakfast meal, clean room & surrounding.

this property in there own words soft open, Which means they can not provide all services listed in booking, this soft start began Dec24. Second i am disabled, the ramp to get up to entrance L shape first leg incline is about 45degrees the second is about 25-30. Staff actually came out to assist me going up and down the 2 times i used the entrance. Services affect included No TV or internet, we came back from dinner elevator was down for repairs.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! My stay at MACTAN Airport Hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I checked in, everything went wrong. The shower was broken, and it took them until midnight to fix it—even though I kept asking for a room change. The hotel wasn’t even full that night, yet they refused and instead had multiple men coming in and out of my room to try to fix it, leaving me with zero privacy. To make matters worse, I got stuck in the elevator for almost an hour. I pressed the emergency button repeatedly but no one responded. It was suffocating, and there was no proper ventilation inside. The air conditioner was unbearably loud, making it impossible to get any rest. When I mentioned the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, the front desk simply said, “The previous guest didn’t complain.” That was their excuse! I had to go through housekeeping to finally get it fixed after almost two hours of back and forth. As if that wasn’t enough, they canceled my airport drop-off without notifying me. I had to walk to the main road with all my luggage and almost missed my flight. The water pressure was terrible—practically a trickle. Showering took forever. The staff was careless and unprofessional, especially the male front desk staff on May 14th, 2025, who was extremely rude and dismissive. This hotel ruined my trip to the Philippines. The only thing they seem to care about is taking your money—not providing service. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away.

Close to the airport, convenient, staff are very pleasant. The pick up at the airport was big plus.
