They over delivered when it comes to room comfortability and staff service. We wanted a late check-out yet we booked on a date with high demand of people staying in (Feb 14) so we understand if they weren't able to grant our late check out request even we checked in at 6pm of Feb 13. We will surely recommend this to our friends! Hope to come back soon for a nice weekend stay.

We always stay here for a quick staycation (3 days 2 nights). The rooms are always clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we need is provided here so we were successful in making our cold cuts as we watch netflix. The buffet breakfast needs more improvement though when it comes to menu.

One the best! The studio room is very spacious and we got a good view of fireworks during new year's eve. What you see in their pictures is what you get. Complete toiletries, complete kitchenware. Pool was good, but the chlorine's too strong so we just made a quick dip. Also, their roof deck is a must-visit as it got a wide view of Cubao area. Breakfast buffet was good too. Will definitely book here again.

This hotel has only limited parking slots. They will suggest you a place where you can park your car but you’ll either have to ride a cab or a tricycle to go back to the hotel. The restroom in the lobby literally smells like shit. Their elevator doesn’t have AC so it feels like suffocating and nauseating when you’re inside. Also, they’re inefficient when it comes to handling bookings. We booked 2 rooms from two different 3rd party hotel reservations. We weren’t informed that the other booking was cancelled and we didn’t receive any emails from them neither from another agent. Prior to checking in we went to Upper Story 2 nights before the check-in date and their staff confirmed that everything’s all good. We were expecting that there isn’t going to be problem since we were told that everything is all settled. However, upon checking in, they were telling us that one of our bookings was cancelled and we have to coordinate it with another agent. The bottomline is Upper Story does not want to accept accountability issues from any hotel 3rd party reservations they’re partner with. They’re not going to even offer any suggestions nor help to speak with that certain 3rd party. It was all a huge inconvenience on our part. They were so inefficient and unhelpful!

Room is spacious and clean, food is great, staff are friendly, pool is beautiful, City view at night, near to cubao malls, can cook on rooms, bathroom is clean and spacious too, WiFi is strong, awesome stay. Perfect to celebrate our anniversary!

The hotel is new and the staff are very courteous but there's a big opportunity for parking space. We have to park in Open Kitchen which is a 5 min walk and have to pay php200 for an overnight parking.

good value for money, fast check in and check out, clean and spacious rooms. But, soundproofing can be an issue. Not for light sleepers.

방이 정말 좋았어요! 티끌 하나 없이 깨끗하고 아주 넓었어요! 침대가 너무 편해서 나가기가 힘들 정도였어요. 서비스도 훌륭했고, 직원들도 정중하고 친절했어요. 전반적으로 가성비가 좋아서 다시 묵고 싶어요. :)

We had a great stay here. Rooms are huge, clean and smells new. Having a bedroom with a kitchenette and small dining area provided us space to have small celebration for my son's birthday. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. I love the idea of having refillable water bottles, even the bath essentials, it is economical and earth-friendly. Location wise is ok. One ride going to Robinsons Magnolia and one ride going to Cubao. Swimming pool though is small, but as long as the kids enjoy it, fine with us. More power to upper story serviced apartment and thank you traveloka for a good deal.

Very good hotel for staycation. Nice interiors, fast wifi, no noisy neighbors, checkin/out was painless. 1br deluxe is very spacious overall especially the bathroom and common area but the actual bedroom is a little cramped. Also the sheets had noticeable stains on it. Love that they had slippers and bath robe ready. There's limited choices for buffet breakfast but I loved it. The cafeteria is clean. In other news, their elevators are really smelly.

The place is superb plus we’ve got to enjoy our dinner since we can cook. The breakfast buffet that was included on our accommodation wow the foods are delicious as always. That’s the reason I always comeback

The room is very clean and it's very picture worthy. Will definitely book again. And it's just near Cubao so it's perfect for a quick staycation.

I celebrate my 28th birthday at upper story hotel, and it was an awesome experience. this is our 2nd time to stay in upper story. the facility is great, staff are friendly, front desk receptionist are approachable and neat. overall experience is Awesome.

I suggest they provide more parking for the guest as it is very inconvenient for the guest to park far from the hotel. But the stay was super good! The standard room is very big and the breakfast is okay. Worth it for what we pay.

This is the second time we went here and we are so satisfied especially with their rooms. We got their One Bedroom Suite Deluxe. It is complete with basic amenities like induction cooker, microwave, sink, refrigerator, kettle, utensils, glasses, cups, plates, and dining table. The Living Room is comfortable. It has a small table where you can use as dining as well, aircon, and LED TV with cable. The bathroom is clean and very spacious. It comes with hand shower and rainfall shower. The bedroom is nice and comfortable especially the bed. It has cabinets and safe where you can put your clothes and personal belongings for safe keeping. The room is equipped with LED TV and A/C too. Our overnight stay comes with a buffet breakfast. It was very simple and minimal selection but it’ll do. Staff are nice and courteous. Check in was a breeze. The place is accessible to malls like Robinson’s Magnolia and Gateway Mall. My only comment is sometimes, their elevator smells like sewerage. I hope they could do something about this. Overall, I love staying here because facilities are still new and price is affordable. Pool is quite small though that’s why I haven’t tried it yet because it’s always full.

We had a very comfortable stay. The One Bedroom Suite was nice and spacious despite the “industrial” style of the room. Staff are nice. Food was just okay but for its price, I think it’ll do. However, they need to do something with the “sewer-like” odor in the Reception Area and especially inside the elevators. Other than that, every thing was great!
