were not satisfied because the room is too small, even with the blanket they provide very thin cannot comfort us when it's too cold they only have 2 pillows and was also thin..i did not sleep well during our stay...they don't have tissue paper also..so sad..

Check in: nagbook ako nung sunday night and tinext ko yung owner kung pano yung check in process and anong unit number nya. Ang nirereply nya lang ay "copy po". Nung monday morning, tinetext ko pa din sya and tinatanong kung nasa lobby lang ba yung key, yung reply nya lang ay puro "copy po". Then sabi nya text ko na lang daw sya kapag nasa urban deca na. Late na ko nagcheck in, and nung tinext ko sya na nasa lobby na ko, hindi sya nagrereply. 30mins na yung lumipas and yung mga guard sa urban deca hindi rin alam kung anong unit nitong binook ko. Tinext ko sya ng tinext pero hindi sya nagrereply. Hanggang sa may dumating na caretaker ng unit. Hiningan nya ko ng 500 para sa key deposit na refundable naman daw. Unit: okay naman yung unit, may wifi, may heater sa cr, and may shower. Hindi ko lang alam bat may mga langaw sa loob. Hindi rin nakalagay sa unit yung password ng wifi, nagtext pa ko sa owner para tanungin kung may wifi ba and ang reply nya lang ay "meron po". Kung hindi ko pa hingin yung password, hindi nya ibibigay. Check out: sabi nung caretaker, itext ko lang daw sya kung mag check out na. Tinext ko sya and almost 30min na, hindi pa rin sya nagrereply, parang katulad nung owner. Pumunta na ko sa lobby para tanungin kung pwede ba nilang tawagan yung caretaker ng unit. Kaso hindi daw pwede. So tinext ko sya ng tinext, at matagal bago sya pumunta sa lobby. Kinuha nya saken yung susi para magroom check muna sya. Tinanong nya ko kung may bank account ba ko kasi idedeposit na lang daw yung binigay kong 500 para sa key deposit, kasi maaga pa daw at wala pang cash. Tinanong ko kung nasan na yung binigay ko, sabi nya wala na daw sa kanya. 30mins ng lumipas at hinihintay kong madeposit yung 500 ko pero wala pa din. Umalis sya at iniwan ako sa unit. Tinext ko sya ng tinext dahil ang tagal ko ng naghihintay. Pagbalik nya sinabi nya lang saken na hndi daw sila makapag deposit sa account ko kaya binigyan na lang nya ko ng 500 cash. Paglabas ko sa urban deca, biglang tinext ako nung caretaker at sinabing pagpasok ko daw kahapon sa unit eh may tvplus daw dun, samantalang wala naman akong nakita at wala rin akong ginalaw na kahit ano. Sobrang hassle ng check in at check out process nila. #neveragain
