They moved us to a different room as the one we had before was flooded because of the typhoon. They are very helpful and assertive.

The place is clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is cold and the tv and cable system is useable. Comfort room is clean and has strong water. Price is also good. Looking forward to staying again

Lack of parking. Few parking spots

I stayed for 3 weeks. Excellent service. Received new bed sheets, new towels, cleaned floor, all in a routine manner. The AC works very well, and the water heater for the shower is good. I confidently left my bags and documents in my room, and never had anything stolen or missing. I had a great experience the whole time I was there, and Ive used Urbantel every single time Ive visited Philippines. Would use again.

It's very close to the market area that's what I like

The place is quite, clean and safe. For amenities, please provide at least a thermos for hot water and coffee cups.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had to park on the street. They had a guard watch it overnight. It is right by the street so you do hear traffic. It appears they are in the middle of upgrading or remodeling. Our TV had some issues and the front lobby area was under construction.

田舎のホテルだから普通なのかと思います。ホテルは小さいですがまだ新しさがありましたし掃除等は綺麗でした。何日かの滞在の場合は冷蔵庫が無いのがつらいですね。街中なのでバイクとジプニーが一晩中走っているようでかなりうるさいです。

accessible to everywhere

Pros: 1. Room - I will give an excellent rating because of the cleanliness. 2. Amenities - I enjoy their little pantry and their utensils as well. Guest are allowed to used their kitchen equipment like microwave and I used it to pre-heat our excess food that we ate from our dinner. They also had a water dispenser which you can refill your drinking bottle. 3. Place/Area - minimal noise during daytime but in nigh time very quite and peaceful. Self-parking in front of the hotel to those who have a car. 4. Walking distance to any fast food restaurants and other establishments. And also to the wet and dry market if your looking for a pasalubong. 5. If your want to visit a church, St Ferdinand Cathedral is 10-15mins away to the south area of the hotel. 6. If your looking for a place to unwind the Plaza Perez is 5mins away to the north area of the hotel and in front of the park are the provincial capitol of lucena. Cons: 1. Room Aircon - we had a hard time to sleep because of the noise. 2. Room Wifi - yes they had internet/wifi but if you are already connected there is no connection at all. 3. Staff - some of them are not accommodating. I ask them where can I buy a pasalubong items and they said I don't know which very confusing to me because to think that they are living in the same community. But still I am thankful because, we had the time explore the place But overall, we enjoyed our stay to them and I must they are highly recommended.

冷蔵庫が有れば完璧でした！改装済みでアメニティも整っていて快適に過ごせました。3階のエレベーターなしだったのですが一番重い荷物を持ってくれたのが嬉しかった。

The look of the interiors heading up to the rooms did spell the urban vibe. Our room was standard and clean. We arrived late at night but were accessible to nearby fast food chains that were open 24 hours. Even though we walked a couple of blocks, we felt safe with our surroundings. I would also like to point out that I accidentally left my airpods and charging cord in my room upon checkout and when I called to report it, they had kept it with the reception, wrapped and labeled. It was returned to me, thankfully. Goes to show the honesty of the staff which I appreciate. Just a note though, when I initially called the hotel prior to checking in, the registered phone number that was indicated in the email confirmation sent wasn’t directed to the hotel itself. The contact number in the email wasn’t for Urbantel Hotel and they had to give me a new number to call. So you may want to check on that. Otherwise it was a no fuss stay and would love to come back if ever I am in Lucena again.
