클락공항에서 1시간 남짓... 바로 앞에 바다가 너무 너무 좋았다... 워터파크도 한적하고 몇가지 되지않는 놀이시설이지만.... 알짜로 이루어진듯 해 대 만족이였다... 주변에 식당도 많고... 15분정도 거리에 한식당도 많이 몰려있어서... 식사해결하기도 매우 유용했다... 입구에 세븐일레븐이 있어 출출할때 이용하기 좋았으며... 특히... 객실앞...자쿠지는 비오는날 한적한 휴양을... 즐기기 좋았다... 다음에 꼭 한번 방문하고 싶다... An hour from Clark airport ... Right before the sea was so good ... The water park is a quiet and playful facility. It seemed to be made in the net and was a great satisfaction ... There are many restaurants around ... It's about 15 minutes away from the Korean restaurants. Meal solving was also very useful ... 식당에서 밥을 먹는 도중 의자위로 바퀴벌레가 기어다녔어요. 직원은 별로 대수롭게 생각하지 않네요. 하버포인트에서 차로 한참 들어가 위치가 별로에요. 주변 구경할 곳이나 관광지 식당 등 마땅한 곳이 없어요. 조식은 손님이 없어 뷔페운영울 하지 않았고 물놀이 시설도 2가지 정도만 운영하고 나머진 물을 잠궈놨어요. 게다가 여기저기 공사중이라 시끄럽고 불편했어요.

음식도 맛있고 직원들이 친절해서 좋았습니다 울롱가포쪽 바다는 가까운 장점이 있지만 해수욕 즐길만한데가 없는데 이곳은 워터파크 시설이 잘되있어서 아쉬움을 달랠수 있었네요

호텔이라하지만 객실도 오래되고 습했으며 더운물도 안나오고 샤워기물발이 굉장히약했다 침대는 넓어서 다섯식구도 자는데 불편하지않았지만 어떠한 혜택도없어 무조건 추가요금을 내라하는 호텔측을 이해할수없었고 직원들도 친절과는 거리가 먼 그런호텔이었다 이번이 두번째이용이었는데 다음번에는 다시는 이요안할것이다

This hotel was incredibly disappointing. It is clearly old and was undergoing repairs during our stay. The rooms were old and not clean with limited basic facilities. We ended up upgrading cos we were so disappointed and even then one of our rooms had no hot water. The kids playground was very old and unsafe with rusty parts and overall we were really disappointed. The restaurant was really nice with good food and the breakfast buffet was nice but other than that I would not recommend. Clearly needs an overhaul. We stayed on recommendation from friends but things their standards have clearly slipped.

Staff and facilities were excellent. Was a bit upset with service from front desk and extra charges for bed linnen if you want doonas not to mention charges for dirty beach towels so either take your own towels or make sure you don’t get them dirty.

I did not like the fact that the resort was overrun with several large groups, each with several hundred people. These groups made enjoying many of the swimming pools and other facilities difficult.

Checking in knly one staff entertains all our family but one guy standing at the back not helping colleague at all, just listening and watching the staff and all the commotion. Our rooms have all bugs cockroach, centipede, stained sheets and pillowd

The resort is nice and clean, the best part was the breakfast buffet, the food was good and there’s many food options. The only downside for the resort was the beach water was not clean. The resort needs to maintain the cleanliness of the beach area. Overall, it is a good place to stay, room was clean and spacious. Staff are very respectful and accommodating.

Overall we had fun because the activities were plenty. I wish that the grounds were well maintained. Just so that it is pleasing to the eye. Staff was great. Food was excellent.

Its a good value for the money as you get to use the water park facilities as part of your stay and the free breakfast was very good. Only thing the rooms were smaller than they looked in the online pics. beautifull view of the ocean and mountains.

It’s not the same anymore when we first stayed there 3 years ago. In it’s haste to expand, it has items missing you would normally find in a hotel. It has failed to fix broken items in it’s property.

The number of pools, slides and amentities is very good at their price point. Lots of maintenance ongoing so hopefully everything in a few months will really look great
