Stayed here for a total of 2 weeks with my partner. Buffet breakfast good. Friendly staff. Dislike over charging during the 2nd week. Booked the same room but accidentally booked for 1 person instead of 2. So got charged a alot extra to essentially get a 2nd towel... And got accused of taking 2 teaspoons. That house keeping forgot to replace. Plenty of other places to stay.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Wynwood Hotel -- not only were the rooms clean and tidy, but we were also taken cared of by a wonderful staff We had free breakfast and each morning you are greeted with a wide variety of good, healthy and sumptuous breakfast. Wynwood also has a great location with lots of amenities nearby - not to mention SM Mega Mall, the Podium etc. Great location! we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff especially at the front desk and lobby were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was so, so. Very limited menu and portions were small and they ran out most of the food by 8:30am. Very good location, walking distance to Mega Mall and several shopping areas.

Breakfast was okay. Seems to run out of food fast and not replenished. By 8:30ish they ran out of pancakes and French toast and most of the popular items. The ingredients (tomatoes, onions etc) for the made to order omelet were chopped up into tiny pieces and already nearly gone by 9am. Staff were friendly and responsive. Location good

Breakfast was quite tasty. That was the best part. Room was meh. AC not strong enough, felt humid and muggy entire stay, had to ask maintenance to check AC filters. Room was booked for 2, and only one set of everything was provided and then on checkout, they had audacity to say there’s a missing robe. Like seriously? Toiletries were small and again, one tiny bottle of each provided. Had to purchase on own. Showers were terrible. Every ten seconds, the water temperature would change from super cold to super hot without touching the controls. It’s one thing to need time for shower to get warm/hot but the constant extremes in temperature is terrible. Amongst worst hotel stay ever.

Overall experience is good. The room provided had fantastic view. There's a few things that needs to be improved but the manager knows how to listen. A huge step towards continuous improvement making every stay a memorable one. Bagnet Kare Kare is amazing. Staff are well mannered.
