아침 식사는 매우 훌륭. 다만 9시부터 가능하다는 것을 모르고 아침식사 옵션을 구입해서 좀 불편했음. 방은 매우 깨뜻하고 침대도 편안함. 매우 조용하고 평화로움. 어파트형이라 조리도구가 있어서 편리했음. 홍차와 커피도 내려먹을 수 있게 준비되어 있음. 전자레인지가 공용으로라도 있으면 더 편리할 것 같음.

Fantastic Stay at Monka, stayed there before and always fantastic and clean

Die Apartments im Monka sind außergewöhnlich schön und stilsicher eingerichtet. Die Küchen sind gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation über Check-In läuft reibungslos über Email und WhatsApp. Für Menschen über 180cm ist das Monka aufgrund der vielen niedrigen Decken und Balken im Altbau eher ungeeignet.

It's a beautiful building, charming and unique. We had apartment no:3, stunning view for a popular tourist attraction. Stylish, well furnished, cozy and roomie place. We are delighted by everything, room and location is perfect. Walking distance from all area attractions. Perfect place to stay.

This was by far the nicest apartment I’ve stayed in!

優雅な空間で、全てが整っていて清潔｡生活のためのあらゆる道具が新しく、また室内も美しい。旧市街の中なので、観光も食事もいろいろな可能性がある｡こちらの手違いで、チェックインがうまくいかなかったのだが、スタッフが丁寧に対応してくれて、とても助かった。快適なので、もうしばらく滞在したい気分になった｡

Quiet, cozy and convenient location! Delicious breakfast!

The apartment was lovely amazingly located and very clean. The access was confusing but my fault for not reading the email correctly. What a amazing city overall

Very well located at the center, all activities are within walking distance, room is clean however there are couple of inconveniences: - lots of spiders browsing around the place - lack of curtains in the living room where the sofa is (lights outside go on at 8pm and are really bright) - extremely low ceiling (which was not mentioned in the description of the room): as a person who is 176cm tall I had banged my head several times during my stay.

It would be helpful if the people working at Monka restaurant could help direct guests. Ania, one of ths waitresses was very helpful when we arrived. Check-in process could improve but everything else was awesome.

Really beautiful space! Location was perfect - just inside the old city wall so centrally located but also fairly close to a parking lot if you’re driving. Not great if you’re over 6ft tall (the ceiling beams in our room were low) or if you need a really dark room to sleep (no blinds on the windows - just a curtain on the window sides of the loft).

Beautiful unique apartment with a lovely restaurant below . It was a perfect accommodation for our stay in Torun .

Charming place. Clean. Restaurants nearby. Torun is breathtaking. Really enjoyed our stay. However it would have been helpfull to know where to park our car in the check in information.

there is a lack of guidance on entering the password at the door. You are looking for a physical password pressing device (not only me, I saw that many people encountered a similar problem during my stay) Another issue is the breakfast time, if you are staying for business purposes, a breakfast that starts at 09:00 will not work for you and you will have already paid for a service you have not received, this is not very fair (at least a warning can be written everywhere that our breakfast service starts later than other accommodation options)Other than that, everything was perfect!

Ładny apartament. Super lokalizacja i widok z okna. Mają problem z wentylacją w lazience i przy recepcji (zapachy). B. Niskie stropy. Czysto i schludnie.

Contact was poor. I had issue with small cleaning after 1 week stay.

This was an excellent apartment in a very central position and also not far to the bus stop for reaching the railway station. The included breakfast voucher for the attached restaurant allowed for a generous amount from the menu and the food was excellent. The only problem is it didn’t open until 9 so we were unable to get breakfast on the last day, although we possibly could have asked for something prepared in advance had we thought about it. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and we were offered the choice of using the voucher for dinner another day or having something delivered the night before which we did and it was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend these apartments.

Awful--Cramped, uncomfortable, no service, Avoid It was expensive and we had significant issues. First was getting into the apartment. No one was in site at 4pm on arrival. We called for help to be put in hold and then told to register with sensitive personal information on an unsecured webpage to receive the access codes to enter the apartment. We asked for help in Monka restaurant, but the restaurant could not help. No one was on site during our stay to help (despite the room info indicating someone is on site between 10am and 6pm). The lift did not work. The Ceilings on stairs in hallway and in room are extremely low. The ‘suite’ was Lilliputian in scale, really teeny. Unless you’re below 5ft 2in/1.60m you must stoop to enter. Both levels of the room have low beams leading to bending/stooping. The layout of the room/‘suite’ is awkward. The bathroom dominates the lower level, yet inside it is cramped. The hair dryer did not work. The sitting area feels like a narrow corridor and the TV is is unviewable. The furniture is uncomfortable and ugly. The upper level--where the bed is--is cramped and poorly laid out. Despite requesting a quiet room, our ‘suite’ was very noisy with lots of noise from the street, from pipes and neighboring rooms. The curtains ‘suite’ are incomplete and let lots of light in around the bed and into the room/‘suite’. We reached out twice to Apartments to express our dismay with our stay and requested compensation. We received no answer.

A really wonderful place to stay in Torun. Close to the centre of town. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Beautiful, well appointed rooms. A lovely restaurant serving an excellent breakfast and dinner. I would definitely recommend Monka Apartments as a place to stay in Torun.
