아파트호텔 오베르자

크라쿠프 유대인 지구에 있는 자그마한 호텔. 프론트 직원이 불친철해서 처음 인상이 좋지 않았다. 담당 직원이 이름을 혼동해 객실 키를 주지 않아 목소리를 높였다. 나중에 미안하다고 사과하며 맥주 1병을 서비스로 주었지만 첫 인상은 별로 였다. 엘레베이터가 없어 4층까지 짐 가지고 올라가기도 힘들었으며 방도 작았고 냉장고도 없다.

Great location for exploring the city. Helpful staff, clean room, with a nice shower. We also had a small balcony area outside the room. Only slight issue was no plug sockets near the night stand.

Several issues surfaced with the room which they couldn't mend. We were immediately upgraded without any questions. Stayed longer than we had booked. The 2 restaurants located at either side of the front entrance serve amazing polish dishes, no need to go elsewhere. Close to the main attractions yet located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Property is situated in an amazing location, 10 minutes walking distance to the main square. Rooms are clean and have all you need for a lovely stay.

Kleines, individuell eingerichtetes Hotel. Viele Restaurants etc. in der Nähe. Die zentrale Lage ist für weitere Erkundungen von Krakau bestens geeignet.

Prachtig Hotel top gelegen in de Joodse wijk. Super gastvrij en altijd de transfer vanaf vliegveld naar het hotel erbij boeken.

Great location, very good spacious room, lovely restaurant, felt a bit like staying in a museum (in a good way) Old style walk up apartment. I loved it.

Aparthotel Oberza kan varmt anbefales. Hotellet er meget centralt beliggende og har en yderst charmerende atmosfære. Morgenmaden var rigtig god (ikke buffet men der bestilles fra menukort). Servicen fra de fantastiske medarbejdere var uovertruffen. Hvis vi skal til Krakow igen, vil jeg klart vælge Aparthotel Oberza.

Perfekt läge med gångavstånd till allt. Frukosten vi betalde extra för hade vi kunnat skippa pga många och bättre, billigare alternativ precis överallt. Jättefint hotell och mysigt med mindre byggnad. Fin trädgård.

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen in einer ruhigen Straße am Rande vom jüdischen Viertel Kazimierz. Restaurants und Bars sind schnell und zu Fuss zu erreichen, auch eine Metrostation/Strassenbahnhaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Unser Zimmer war schön groß und hell und zur Straße gelegen. Durch die Bar und das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss war es abends mitunter etwas laut - die Fenster könnten ein bisschen besser lärmisolierend sein. Schönes Treppenhaus aus Holz und ansprechende Deko mit vielen Büchern. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel en alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand

It was great to find an aparthotel that had staff on hand during the day. I was able to drop my bags off early and have questions answered. The staff were very helpful. The accommodations have such character and I was glad they had a room for solo travellers. The area is great for food and drink - I ate so well at many places nearby. It was easy to connect with other areas of Krakow by tram stops within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here in December 2024. Perfect location for walking to the main square, plenty of choice for restaurants. Very comfortable room with good facilities. Highly recommended.

Firstly it was not easy to find it, small entrance/ door between 2 restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful when they were around. The room did not even have a bin. There was a little towel in the bathroom supposedly for make up removal which was discoloured and old. I wouldn’t even clean the floor with that let my face. The tv was not tuned into a channel and who wants to spend time tuning a tv on holiday rather than watching it?! One day staff were still cleaning rooms late at 6 pm which I had never experienced anywhere else before with sound of vacuum cleaner etc! Worse than that was the noise in the area, almost every night I woke up with people singing , chatting outside in the street quite late at night or I should say early hours of morning. I have videos of that and can attach. Overall not great.

Nice a la carte breakfast, super Clean and extraordinary friendly personnel.

It was so fun to enter this vintage hotel with all the detail to the authenticity of the time. So enjoyed the experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
