짧은 숙박으로 전체적인 서비스를 확인할 수 없었지만 비용대비 훌률한 시설이었습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

출장으로 선택한 호텔로 방이 진짜 크고 청소도 잘되어있고 호텔 식당도 어느 곳이던 다 맛집이었어요 조식도 훌륭했고 야외 식당도 맛 분위기 다 만족스러운 곳이예요 특히 도심지 중앙에 있어서 산책 다니기도 좋았어요 혹시라도 이 지역에 다시 출장 가게 된다면 이 호텔을 꼭 다시 찾을 것 같네요

Good hotel. I often stay this hotel during my business trip. Well prepared breakfast, kind staff and good location is strength of this hotel. However, this time I could feel unpleasant smell in bathroom. It seems like floor is not fully dried and ventilation system was not good at this room. Without it, I like here.

it was great during 4 days staying. breakfast is nice, room is traditional and cozy, comfortable. easy to visit brewery where is just 1st floor of hotel.

Excellent stay. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and right in the city center. You are able to walk anywhere. There are multiple elevators as well for those who need them. The room was spacious and quite interesting. In our particular room the shower did not have a door … it was in a corridor which is a bit strange when traveling with your elderly mother and daughter. Additionally there were mirrors everywhere which make privacy a little difficult. Overall the room itself was clean and comfortable just not something we were used to.

I stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Rzeszów two nights ago for one night. Overall, I had a good experience and really liked the hotel’s concept. The restaurant served very good food and the atmosphere was pleasant. The only issue was that my room unfortunately did not have proper towels available. As we arrived very late after a very long day travelling by train, I didn’t have the energy or time to call reception, so I ended up using the bathrobe and only had one small towel in the room. Apart from that, everything else was very good and I enjoyed my stay.

I stayed at Bristol Hotel several times before as a direct customer and had no issues. This time I visited as an Expedia customer and the experience was the opposite. Our plane was delayed by hours and we arrived at the hotel exhausted just before 11pm. I was given a piece of densely typed paper to sign without any explanation and the room keys. Not a word about the breakfast time, the restaurant, WiFi etc or where to find that information. Next morning we had to leave at 4am to catch a train. I asked for packed breakfast (which was never a problem before) but was told the kitchen was closed and it was not possible to pack breakfast by 4am. I asked if they could leave the packed breakfast in my room later, and was told to speak to the restaurant (which was closed). I dropped the packed breakfast request. The room was nice but the air in the room was far too stale; difficult to breathe. The window was locked and the air conditioning system did not work. In short, we wasted more than an hour with the hotel reception to try and resolve the stale air issue (there were no keys to open the window, the air conditioning system was controlled from the reception area and broken for that room, there was no free room to move us to, then there was a room and someone with new keys was on the way twice but never arrived, then there was no room again - endless nonsense). We stayed in that room in the end, annoyed beyond belief. Not a 5-star hotel service-wise, far from the 5-star standard.

All round a great hotel, check out the Stary Brewery, great food, great beer and great staff!

Awesome contemporary hotel right in the middle of everything. Amazing brewery/bar attached right to the hotel made for a great simple dinner to have drinks and relax. Just wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. My wife and I kept rolling into the middle of it as we slept. Interesting place for the tub, but it is what it is. Would def recommend

The staff were really polite and accommodating. The hotel is very nice. The breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here several times before, hotel is great, clean and modern. Staff very friendly.

An excellent hotel with a rooftop jacuzzi and spa. Saunas in some of the suits. Very clean and well equipped rooms. Staff friendly and professional. Good quality breakfasts (for an extra fee).

Not bad but not wonderful and certainly not 5*! Reception is efficient, the rooms are clean and the huge beds are very comfortable. The breakfast, as most people say, is varied, plentiful and excellent. A couple of points - the toilet seat in room 406 where we stayed is broken, there is only one fitting! We did tell reception twice and hope you have fixed it by now! Also for some reason you left one bath towel for two people, we asked once and you gave us another but then left one again the next day. Also the towels are far too small, they are soaking wet by the time you have used them! All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again but these are annoying little things that should be taken care of.

The room was wonderful a surprise that we had a sauna. The staff were helpful in getting the room ready earlier for us. Fantastic hotel
