출장이라 크라코프를 아침산책을 제외하고 느낄 수 없는 상황에서 최선의 선택이었다고 생각합니다. 조식도 나쁘지 않았음

ロケーションは抜群。石鹸が補充されなかったり（そもそもボディソープがない）、18時になってもベッドメークができていない日があったりと不備も多かった。

Sehr schönes Hotel, dass Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar und bildet für alle Ausflüge den perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Ich kann das Grand Hotel Krakau sehr empfehlen!

It was many years ago this hotel was 5 stars. Warn out and outdated. On a good day it could deserve 3 stars. Staff arrogant. I will not go again. I should partly be refunded.

Beautiful building, good breakfasts. But our electricity fused 3 times and we were given a less pleasant rroom.

Klassiskt och anrikt hotell med en känsla av gamla tidens klass. Mycket centralt beläget och trevlig personal, bra service. Sköna sängar och rymligt rum. Frukosten var nog egentligen bra men vi kom 30 minuter innan den stängde och då var det utplockat och en del saker slut. Fanns endast en långsam kaffemaskin som det blev kö till så det hade varit bra med en annan lösning för kaffeserveringen. I övrigt jättebra hotell som vi gärna vill återkomma till.

Veldig fint hotell og beliggenheten var glimrende rett ved torget. Servicen veldig bra. Det eneste dom trekker ned er at treningssenteret kun hadde apparater som ikke virket. En av grunnene til at vi bestilte hotellet, var på grunn av treningssenter.

Mi habitación individual, no era de un hotel de cinco estrellas, ni mucho menos !!

I brought my 8 year old niece for a weekend shopping trip. Grand is always safe. I must say that I found the butler and the man at the front desk to be very friendly. The hotel did not seem full and was very dark, both in the reception and restaurant. The room was clean and large, but only hot water in the shower and not in the sink. Since we had two nights here, I thought it should have been addressed as soon as I pointed this out the first night. I can live with that, but it's still strange that it wasn't fixed.

Virkelig smukt hotel i perfekt lokation. Meget behjælpelig staff, som gjorde sit ypperste for at sørger for vores needs. Deres morgenmad var en smule kedelig, men ellers er der intet dårligt at sige om hotellet. Hver dag, var der en ny gratis flaske vand på værelset

Amazing historical place, in the heart of the Old town everything is walking distance, very nice and helpful staff!

I loved everything about this hotel. The location. The rooms. The amenities. The staff. Above and beyond. We had so much fun and loved the location so much.

The Grand Hotel was wonderful. The people who worked there were kind and did their best to accommodate us. Very professional, very helpful. My experience is a little different as I am slightly physically disabled; I walk with a cane and have limited mobility. It never occurred to me to reserve a handicap accessible room and that was my mistake. The bathtub was very tall and it was difficult for me to step into it. When I asked for a different room with not so tall of a tub I was told that all the rooms had the same tub. They offered me a stepstool and a bathmat and that did help somewhat along with having my daughter help me in and out of the tub. I was impressed with the staff doing their best to help resolve this issue and how quickly they acted. When I did ask about changing to their accessible room, it was already booked. The room was beautiful and spacious; we had two twin beds and a daybed/couch, along with two comfortable chairs with a tall ceiling. Our room was cleaned daily and we had fresh towels each day too. Everyone we spoke with who worked at the hotel was professional and helpful and kind. Thank you Grand Hotel for your outstanding service and kindness.

Great location. Walking distance to all attractions, shops, and restaurants. Parking access on site very tight and limited. Breakfast was great. Rooms could stand updating.

The room size was perfect for a six night stay, room enough for 2 people to move about. Old world charming. Very convenient to the square in Old Town although loud outside on the weekend but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again!. Staff were helpful.

The breakfast (pay extra) was very good and the staff at breakfast was great. However we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children - 4 person. We got to the room and it had a queen bed and a twin sofa (does not open up, just a single person sofa). I tried to call front desk / the phone did not work. I went down and said this is a 3-person room. The front desk person said (no, it’s a pullout 2 person sofa). I go upstairs and check with my husband and no, it’s a twin. Go back downstairs- at this point the front desk says - yes, you are right, it’s a twin. I asked for an extra bed rollaway. They say it will be brought up. I return from being around city with kids, no bed and they tell me sorry, we don’t have any and the manager said it’s ok for us to cuddle with one of our kids!!! What does this mean?!!! We are tired so I say, ok, will it be available tomorrow and the front desk assures me yes. Tomorrow is the same exact story. I paid a good money for the hotel and they never apologized or reimbursed me for the hassle. Really lousy service, the worst I experienced in Poland where all other places were great. I am giving it 2 stars because of breakfast which was very good.

I had multiple poters over two days while waiting outside seem to be trying to get rid of me. Not knowing I am a guest but even once they knew to question why I was there and move me along.
